Very nice video, great outfit but you could have kicked the reaper over the railing. I've seen you kick. It's a pretty nice house and porter ranch was a good option for new luxury with a view at decent price but it seems their prices have drifted a lot. 4.4 is more like sherman oaks prices so I think they've gotten ahead of themselves. Not to mention an 8% interest rate
haha yes, he sure did deserve a kick. Rates are higher and prices are still rising in some areas. However, this house was currently pending even with the rates and prices! That housing shortage is still happening so we will see where the market takes us here in the next few years.
Wish I could have glass doors like that at my home. But I have horses and my neighbor's have cattle and other live stock. So the flies are always letting themselves in. Plus that closet would be a chick magnet LOL

I did spot him several times after fully watching the vid a second time, as for carpet, If any I may prefer it as a rug for the bed/couch to sit on rather then the full floor. After going from a full carpeted place to having it renovated with no carpet and just wood/hardfloors, I def prefer hardfloors, easier to clean and I like the look better.

Regardless of how much money you have or make, nobody needs more house than this. The buyer is very fortunate as this is a beautiful home (wall art excepted)! I really like this home, even preferable to those costing millions more. To your question, I prefer carpet in every room except kitchen and bath, and from experience, prefer cheaper luxury vinyl plank over hardwood flooring. It is quieter, feels better on the feet, and has noise cancelling qualities….it’s just more comfortable! Oh ya, nice gams, Sierra. Very pleasantly distracting! 🎃
This is a great sized home for a family and a nice backyard as well. I agree. I don't like carpets in "wet rooms" but I do enjoy it in bedrooms. LVP is a great option as well if you want to have nice floors but save some extra money. Thank you for watching !
