As always, great tour and presentation it's a nice home, just seems so squeezed between the other houses but finding anything that close to the beach is extremely rare. The tetherball and hopscotch takes were awesome, great work 💛

Hi Sierra,It was a nice house tour, the most striking part of the house is the kitchen area, the color combination of the kitchen is very nice. The worst part of the house is the fans hanging on the ceiling in the bedroom.

Outtakes are the best :) nice to have good room for a pool table, if you don't have a pool table, is it really luxury. I'm surprised at the price level of that neighborhood. About 2000$/sqft. Very few areas command such a level. That's beverly hills and belair level yet less land.

Interesting lifestyle choice. Bringing in the groceries would be work…no, I don’t trust the elevator. They should have installed that glass that can be changed from clear to frosted with a touch given the need for privacy. Great video! Thank you! I wouldn’t pay this price, but it’s a beautiful home.

I guess in this dense world comes a home near 8 million dollars. I like the home, but of course I will add that it's too close to the neighbors. I understand, but not a fan.
I really liked the art work I saw in this home; just my taste.
Interesting that the main level was on the top floor. Not sure how I feel about it. It would not necessarily be a deal breaker though.
