leezah k she was already flexible. Ballet moves can be quite awkward for the average person
She was trained as a ballerina growing up and was a member of the Korean National Ballet before she went to acting; however, given that she hasn't danced in a while, some of the moves may seem unfamiliar now to her muscles.
She was a professional ballerina and trained for 17 years. She stopped ballet for 8 years due to injuries so she probably remember but if you do not train regularly, it can be physical demanding to start again.
Obviously She learned to get Flexibility, Young or Old everybody can to get Flexibility, Just is Cuestion of dedication, effort, and wants to be it

I never enjoyed ballet😭 it was so hard and slow💀 plus I looked awkward since I didn't have a "ballerina body" so I applaud these girls for doing so well👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Even if your acting now, it would be good to use ballet for exercises. It will help your entire outlook at life. And keep your body strong, mentally, and other good things. Jiwon, it's like riding a bicycle, one never forgets.

Christian D Arango niño she isn't in a group. She was a ballerina in South Korea's National Ballet but she had an injury and had to retire
