I really appreciate ur teaching sir !!! Lecture is so understandable nd with full of knowledge ...using easiest language make it more comfortable for any student who want to learn chest x -ray again thank U sir . 😁
Am from Ghana.i really enjoy following your lecture but I think if you speak English throughout it will be excellent for us outside your country but I believe you are really good.pls me that favor thank you
Respected Doctor sahab good morning and warm wishes. I have attended your marvelous lecture over RUclips over smart television of reading chest x- rays, although i have 15 years experience in Internal Medicine, i am speechless the way you taught us like children and you have made the reading chest x-rays so easy and approachable that i have no words to describe your efficiency in teaching. I am really lucky that i have accidentally bumped into this video which was picture perfect. Kindly made more and more videos on internal medicine topics, but i think you are a radiologist possibly. Anyhow you have made my day and i am so self confident & self content. These things like calculating cardiomegaly by formula in context to cardiothoracic ratio was first time i have ever encountered and nobody teaches you, i don't know why ? I salute for your commitment, consistency & simplicity. Thanks and regards.
For determining rotation on Xray,it's the medial end of clavicle and interspinous process distance that we look at. Not the lateral boundary of clavicle as u said.

Thank you.but The counting of posterior ribs was incorrect. You identified the third posterior rib as the second one because, in the image, we can see three posterior ribs above the clavicle.
