After Cory's extended trip in Germany, he finally got master breeder Dean back into the urban fish farm to work on some much-needed projects. The fake vallisneria were "planted" in Elmer the fly river turtle's tank, 500 neon tetras got added to the 800-gallon aquarium with Lady Bird the Mbu puffer, and they're starting to break down the row of mini ponds against the wall. I bought mine for my big Angel fish and when I was moving a bunch of Arulius barbs from one tank to another. Don’t use it often, but when I have, it was great.
I think I have multi-Net Addiction with about ten of varied sizes and shapes, so far.
I've got a school of 50 in my big planted tank and I think honestly ots the most amazing thing to watch them all school up

Possible for the future - they have begun some international sales to Canada, Australia and New Zealand I think. Policies vary widely. I love the air pumps especially, but hoping a 2.0 ppwerhead that cam be adjusted happens one day. Didn't expect just one to create a full river effect in a 75 gallon, even with a pre filter sponge added.

Thanks to your channel I found out about pea puffers and how delightful they are. I have been off work to due a traumatic incident, (first responder) and it has been incredibly challenging for me to find something that gives me purpose, owning an aquarium and building an aquatic ecosystem has been so good for me. It feels like it has been so long since I have had something that can motivate me, and help me build a routine and something I’m proud of.

Yeah Geese almost destroyed my Half acre pond so much poop around it we had to forfeit swimming in it many years ago .my border collie takes care of herring etc. I don’t want them eating my Koi.I am in Michigan veterinary say Water birds duck geese not a good deal now health wise.They have released many beavers don’t know what they’re thinking was on that, the DNR!Now we have a epidemic of Gerardia in dogs .Think I spelled Gerardia wrong Just my thoughts Margie B

I have a question that I hope you can answer. I moved recently and just got a house with a basement but my partner doesn't want the fish in the basement. How many/what sized fish tanks can I have on the main floor before it becomes a problem?
I'm not an engineer nor an expert on this subject but, I believe it all depends on how your house is built, tank sizes and placement.
I would say that anything 55 gallons and under will probably be fine upstairs with a good stand that distributes the weight evenly (not on four peg legs). If you go little fish and plant heavily you can have hundreds in there. Good luck!
Depends on what the main floor is in terms of construction. 75G or higher usually is "fine" but if you're talking about beamed flooring you always want to verify weight displacement and position things accordingly over as many support beams as possible.
Having a basement doesn't mean the main floor is or isn't concrete. You'll never know without some sort of review or verification of what the floor is actually like in it's construction.
I would also say closer to the wall, across multiple floor joists is the strongest place for a tank, barring concrete as was mentioned below.
You can put them in the walls to save space a bearing wall otherwise your houses falls downWe were limited on space after having many large aquariums in younger years Think I had almost 1000 gallons of aquariums in my home you needed a Dehumidifier if you have a basement you must support underneath where the tanks are if they’re large.If you have a crawlspace you must do the same never had a problem With Any aquarium in walls Or solidly built furniture like stands can’t say the same about the metal freestanding Petco type stands or PetSmart wobble too much like if the golden retriever would be running through your house watch out.Now that we’re older most of my Aquariums are on beautiful wooden stand’s .If I was 25 again my basement that would become my fish room . Not much RUclipsrs in the 90s and of course Cory wasn’t there and Dean And all the fish keepers that bring so much joy to this hobby

Sell me a completely silent airpump! I've bought 5-6 pumps and they are aaaall noisy even the tiny ones 😑 I want to use airstones, airfilters etc etc but the noise is so annoying when you dont have a dedicated fishroom. Need one that can be used in livingrooms, bedrooms etc!

damn I love that puffer ... gonna make me build a ridiculous tank just to have one if you keep showing her/him. the battery air pump is very nice - but not too useful for people like me (just redid my basement for my ever expanding fishroom) - any chance we will see that in linear piston form running off a 12 volt car battery or something similar????
