Well I guess that's one way to do it. I just planted my seeds in the ground with no fertilizer and watered them a bit whenever the weather got really dry. Similar yield without all of the intense labor! I admit, it took longer than 90 days but you're only going to get one crop per growing season anyway, so why rush it? (locn - South Central PA)

That soil is dead, just dirt. Instead of destroying the earth by chopping it up with a tiller and adding fertilizer, just add an inch or two of compost to the top and DO NOT mix it in.

Don’t fertilise ur babies like this you’ll send them through shock/toxicities. (Theirs enough in the embryo)
Soaking the seeds helps the tap root break free to sprout, I’ve heard Epsom salts can increase germination success rate. But just by putting a plastic bag over ur babies for a mini hot house will force them to germinate (humidity) let ur babies get strong root systems before transplanting them if you do the process in doors you’ll need to acclimate your plants like a fish going into a new fish tank. Plants take longer to be able to handle the transplant but as for ur ferts you got a veg and a bloom. They have a vegetative stage and flowering stage depending on what ur at in the season depends on what fert. Just try to not overdose you can block the uptake of micro minerals ect stunting the quality of ur fruit/flower. Ur normal seedling mix will have the ferts pre in the soil at low doses to prevent the burning of new roots.
