    Better learn to use either corner protectors or moving blankets on corners, they'll wear holes in your tarp..

      I suck at tarping 😅, even though I use corner protectors and blankets

    I suggest you purchase yourself or 4 orange traffic cones so you csn use when you do public road loading or unloading. Might prevent a law suit if there is an accident. ✔️

    I would assume, your cost per mile is pretty low to be taking these rates. Some ok, some was jaw dropping. But great video!

      My average RPM is $2.2. It could be better, but the market is tough. We’re doing our best not to haul for less than $2.2

    I would've negotiated for more money from your second load. The crap they put you through, there should be more money involved.

      The guy on the receiving end was very nice and tipped me well, but I agree that more should be paid for that much work. Unfortunately, in 99% of cases, the broker will never pay you more after signing the rate confirmation🙁

    My friend next time. Raise your lending gears on the trailer, lifted front of the trailer up and you will never have this problem.

    Whats the most weight your truck can pull....and what was the mpg?

    • @ProDriverUSA
      @ProDriverUSA  2 месяца назад +2

      By law, the max combined weight is 37k. MPG can be better than when hauling a light load. Factors that hurt MPG are the shape of the load (tall loads) and the roads you’re driving on (mountains).

    May be a dumb question but my brother was setup in the business but went belly up. He deactivated his DOT number and has been deactivated since 2021. I am getting into the business, can I reactivate his DOT and change company name and owners name??

    • @ProDriverUSA
      @ProDriverUSA  15 дней назад

      You can transfer the DOT and make the company ownership changes, but I’m not sure about the name. Honestly, that’s a lot of work,instead I would open my own DOT and company. Good luck
