I suggest you purchase yourself or 4 orange traffic cones so you csn use when you do public road loading or unloading. Might prevent a law suit if there is an accident. ✔️
Hey brother on oversize not wanting to be rude but charge more than what u got rates alone are crap and we don't need oversize loads dropping also be safe out there bro
The guy on the receiving end was very nice and tipped me well, but I agree that more should be paid for that much work. Unfortunately, in 99% of cases, the broker will never pay you more after signing the rate confirmation🙁
Do you self dispatch or do you us a dispatching service? What kind of printer do you carry on the road with you. I'm on the market for a good compact printer.
By law, the max combined weight is 37k. MPG can be better than when hauling a light load. Factors that hurt MPG are the shape of the load (tall loads) and the roads you’re driving on (mountains).
May be a dumb question but my brother was setup in the business but went belly up. He deactivated his DOT number and has been deactivated since 2021. I am getting into the business, can I reactivate his DOT and change company name and owners name??
You can transfer the DOT and make the company ownership changes, but I’m not sure about the name. Honestly, that’s a lot of work, instead I would open my own DOT and company. Good luck

Better learn to use either corner protectors or moving blankets on corners, they'll wear holes in your tarp..
I suck at tarping 😅, even though I use corner protectors and blankets
Great video
Thanks!

Good idea 👍
so different parcels you are picking up=) very interesting=) I am waiting for an engine for Boeing in the next video=) or some detail for Falcon 9 =)
How about alien ship 😁
I would assume, your cost per mile is pretty low to be taking these rates. Some ok, some was jaw dropping. But great video!
My average RPM is $2.2. It could be better, but the market is tough. We’re doing our best not to haul for less than $2.2

Will do my best
Great video to the point no jawjacking
Thanks for the nice word 🙌
I would've negotiated for more money from your second load. The crap they put you through, there should be more money involved.

My friend next time. Raise your lending gears on the trailer, lifted front of the trailer up and you will never have this problem.
Good advice👍 Not sure if that would work, but it costs nothing to try 👌
I Need a RAM like that
What are you going to haul?
When you got your authority reinstated did brokers treat you as new authority or did they accept whatever authority age you had before?
99% of brokers treated us as new authority 🙁
Hey, it’s your dispatch looking for more drivers ?
Send the email to prodriver.staff.us@gmail.com to see if you qualify
Wow was that roll back wrecker a PIA!! Can you charge more for something like that?
I wish, but unfortunate all negotiations are done before you see the load.

In this type of marker there is no money for printer my friend 😅
@@ProDriverUSA - Gotcha! Thanks for you response😂
Since you are new company how did you even manage to get your first load ? I know a lot of brokers don’t want to work with new company’s
I had my MC opened in 2018 and reinstated it last year. As of right now, we’re just a smidge away from being active for a year💪
@@ProDriverUSA as of a new company starting off what you recommend
Whats the most weight your truck can pull....and what was the mpg?
