Replacement battery’s for the exit sign and emergency lighting in garage. (New unit in garage)

I will be replacing the battery’s in the garage for the exit signs and emergency lighting.
I also give a inside tour of one of the exit signs in the garage. I have 8 of these signs and they are awesome. I do not like what they used as transformers. They are as cheap or cheaper than the ELM2 from 2004 (incandescent version)
The installation can be better. I may run the wire in the ceiling. The exit signs are on the same breaker for the Garage GFCI and outlet on the ceiling which the exit signs are plugged in to. I used clips like you would see holding shelves in a closet in your house. They make a great clip to clip the wire to the ceiling. The garage door has no effect on the exit signs.
These signs are bright and light up the garage so you can see where you are going. I have 3 in service now and will not put anymore up.

How did the batteries turn out?

They did not go as well as planned. First I killed the chargers in both signs because they are meant to charge nickel cadmium batteries, not lead acid batteries. And the battery had bulging so bad it almost snapped the plastic on both signs. I have recently replaced both signs in a previous video so now all the garage units are working.
