Knowing that On top of this were political considerations, there was no precedent for sharing Sammies with police officers and the excessively peaceful gesture would likely lead to world wide riots, the fall of democracy and the destruction of every single KFC chain in the world- even those 100% kiwi owned and operated. Above all though, was the principle. The one rule and only rule of RARKING, the penultimate commandment (if you will) which reads:
