I am definitely one of those gals that appreciates you for your relationship advice and story. I have been single my whole life because I haven’t found that right guy to be with. I totally feel you about the whole relationship thing! I never had a real long term boyfriend up until I met my fiancé! It’s crazy that I ended up getting engaged to my first real boyfriend but I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! I absolutely adore the weekly blogs but I think a cool idea to switch things up would be like a collaborative book video with one of your friends that reads!! Like buddy reading or doing a mini book club throughout your weekly uploads!! It’s so fun you’re such a kind soul and deserve the world❤

I've been watching you for the longest time now and I just wanted to say that I am so happy for you and Ben! also, in regards to the oura ring - little back story. I got mine in March of 2022 and I mainly got it to be more in tune with my sleep and regimen when working 60 hours in accounting LOL. It definitely takes time to get adjusted to you and your body so I wouldn't rely too heavily on what it's saying right now - It will probably take about a month to really get a good and accurate reading. After that first month of wearing it, you'll be able to get a better understanding as to what affects your sleep and readiness for the day. For example, I would snack on something probs 30 mins before I went to sleep and I would sleep with a much higher heart rate than if I ate dinner 3 hours before bed with no snacking. I've learned to love it and when I wake up and see whether I got a crown or not, I don't let it affect my day but it's just so nice to see that going to sleep and waking up at the same time or around the same time every day really helps your sleep and energy for the day! Sorry if this was such a lengthy explanation but I truly love the ring and i've noticed it's helped me become so much more in tune with myself and my body :) also loooove ur videos xoxo
Putting EFFORT into your relationship to show your significant other that you prioritize them feeling cared for and special is NEVER TRIVIAL ❤❤❤❤
Fellow Oura gal here! The Oura gets better at tracking your heart rate the longer you wear it so it gets better at picking up your movement and activity based on your heart rate especially the more you manually input it! When you start the workout but aren’t started in the class rate it will track that your heart rate hasn’t gotten up that high and at the end it gets much lower when you’ve stopped but not stopped tracking, so it does balance itself out.
Also, once the ring gets to know you better it starts to suggest the best bedtime for you based on your sleep score!
It’s a little bit of a learning curve, but I am so obsessed! Also, I love your videos!!!

You can also manually add a workout in your oura app! It’ll be an estimate but if you forget to record a workout real time, then you can hit that plus button on the bottom and still add cycling workout to your day :)
Something veryyy interesting to me that I noticed is my sleep score and resting heart rate for the night are both worse after drinking alcohol. My heart rate doesn’t get as low when I sleep so my quality of sleep isn’t as good. It’s made me be more intentional in choosing when to drink and when it’s not worth it for me!
