I used to use glue until my actual nails got so thin a layer of it peeled off when I tried to remove the glue. Since then, I’ve been really enjoying using stick on nails from the Impress brand. They last a whole week and so much easier to put on and remove!

Hi Carissa (and everyone), I've had my Oura ring for the last 3 years. I really enjoy tracking my sleep, movement and my cycle. I use it with the Natural Cycles app as a natural non hormonal contraceptive. It's amazing! So easy because the temperature syncs between the apps. The added benefit of the NC app is that it gives you green and red days for when you can have safe sex. Oura doesn't provide that. Oura only gives a prediction of when my period is about to start. So for me the NC app is essential. The Con i find with Oura is that it doesn't track live exercise that well. Overall I think it's a great gadget for tracking your sleep but I see there are lots of options on the market coming out and if they would link with NC I would be interested to try a different one to see what the difference are.

I love throne of glass but you have to commit to reading the books pretty sequentially in order to catch everything. All of the SJM books are connected, but ACOTAR and crescent city much more. Crescent City is going to be world building and was a bit of a palate cleanser because its more modern. Ironically, watch zootopia before and you'll understand the layout of the city. BUT super recommend reading fourth wing if you need a break between since it is still fantasy, but its dragons and magic and a different vibe.

I read ACOTAR, began throne of glass, and am doing crescent city next!! TOG is a BEEFY series (I am about to begin the last book in the series), so I’ve definitely read a couple other light romancey books in between some of TOG lol

Try putting a little glue on both your nail and the press on nail to avoid air pockets. Thats what I do and it seems to help❤
