Great Video Greg. I have 2 700D's and im thinking of getting the 1102B that has the wi fi etc etc built into it. My 700's have had probably 5000lbs of pellets ran through them with no flaws or issues at all. Zgrill makes a damn good grill in my opinion.
Phenomenal grill! Got mine 2 years ago and ended up getting a crazy deal on it. For whatever reason menards was dropping carrying z grills so it was already marked down to $350 and they had a $100 rebate on top of that. $250 for a grill that blows my brothers $1000 traeger out of the water. I’ve had phenomenal smoke rings with it, brisket, ribs, whole chicken and turkey. I will say so far pit boss pellets have been the best bang for the buck. I’ve tried a couple other brands and they seem to smoke far less than pit boss brand.

Looked delicious as usual. I noticed when you poured the orange juice into the pot, it spilled down your measuring cup. You should try using Farberware's measuring cup. It pours spill free better that any measuring cup I've ever found.

You actually get more / better smoke profile with non PID controllers. Since pellets burn really clean, the fluctuation in temp allows for a wider smoke profile. It's why a lot of people like Grilla's controllers now days as they have both a PID and swing setting.
I am going to give this a shot as it has a lot of my favorite tastes. Question .... what do you do with the leftover glaze ? On a lot of your videos' there appears that there might be substantial sauces or glazes leftover. thx

Ribs look great. Love anything new with ginger. When I don’t have fish sauce on hand I’ll use soy and add a touch of hoisin or Worcester sauce. Both get you little closer to taste. Grill is just another Chinese knockoff. They all perform about the same. My old Oregon made Treager and favorite Blaze N out of Nebraska both much more solid and US built. All Traegers built last 15 years cheap Chinese steel. My Traeger still a champ after SAVANNAH STOKER Pellet grill controller upgrade.
What brand pellets did you use? I heard Traeger was being deceitful with their brand. Since this company used to make Traeger, I hope their not using the same fake pellets.
I do not understand the „spritzing“ with warer, tbh. When the Water evaporates, it cooles down the ribs. It also does not help with moisture because it does not penetrate the meat…. Why do you do it?
