I think sans fight is harder, why? this game is designed for just dodging things , Almost every player can always get hit , if you are good at dodging you can win! •^• ... In sans battle it's designed for people to quit and reset. You see in touhou game you just need to dodge and fight but you can always get hit... But in sans fight just a little time you get hit by the bone you can get a " LOT " of damage , even if you finish the turn sans power can hurt you in 4th wall... Well basically in sans battle you need timing and a "LOT" of patience ... At touhou game you need to dodge quickly and fight fast.. (* Not to mention sans is the only boss who is technically " Hard" if many bosses are in the game , well players will quit*)
I ship starlord and russo in undertale you can at least survive a hit, and maybe even move with the i-frames...in touhou, you get hit, die and become depressed
