    I love hove you are explaining meditation. I think you touched everything I was going through while meditating at the beginning.I remember when I reach the point when my mind was still and my breathing was shallow and I felt at piece and I felt joy and tears were rolling down my face . It was beautiful ❤️🙏

      Yes, it happens sometimes, meditation opens up the heart. The last word of the mantra is 'kevalam'
      Please, keep meditating. I will be happy to answer all the questions if they will arise.

    Great subject. This video was hard to concentrate to because what people need is techniques or insights that can help them see what there is in the first place. Simply telling people to practice and develop meditation muscles is good enough for knowledge but not good enough to get their foot into the door. What will help is how to do these things. I am sure he has other videos explaining these methods.

    Hello, I usually practice meditation and I usually find it easy to keep my mind still when I'm home alone.
    But i have the problem when I am with people and I have to talk to them (I have social phobia). Any comment they make can cause my mind to lose control and enter into an authentic panic attack with all its symptoms.
    What would be the best exercise or how would you adapt the meditation exercises for my case?
    I will be very grateful for the answer. Best wishes.

Makes me realize you’re only a man just like me and it makes me connect to your works more. But there’s always more to learn, this is knowledge is ageless and you deliver it the way I can understand. Do you say the mantra out loud and hear its sound, or repeat the mantra just in the mind?

  • @borisnahalka3027
    @borisnahalka3027 4 года назад

    minds move from A to B to C... by association. you should start training your mind by Tapah, specifically self-discipline of Cittas (perceptions, emotions, thoughts), both active and passive. later on with Asana and Pranayama. if you come to concentration without a trained mind, at least to some degree, you are in big trouble. meditation is about meditation and concentration is about concentration. concentration is the last step where you can do something with your mind. let me define the difference: mind involved = concentration or below, mind absent, and you fully present = meditation or above. the mind can not be stilled. movement is the very nature of the mind. even with concentration if it is one-pointed, the mind is still moving. where is it moving? deeper. deeper into the object.(mantra, yantra, idea, image...). if it goes deep enough, it comes to a threshold or a border where it switches itself off. at that moment you entered the meditation. you entered the no-mind state. you entered the holy ground. this man you are talking about didn't change his mind at all. he gave it just another direction, but it is still spinning and spinning... i have homework for you as well, my friend. hold and hold and go deeper and deeper and still a bit deeper and then let go. relax and find meditation for the first time.
