It's officially Hot Perch Medussa season for me! Got a little guy Wednesday, but they're starting to stack up in the key spots with the water temps in the upper 50's. I have a good feeling about tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Yet to catch one with the death pause, but maybe it's this weekend. I found where the big ones hang out finally after months of trial and error in the Madison area. Love the show. Esox are my favorite fish.

We don't, we love pike fishing. Just not hurting 20" fish on 18" lures.
Gotta say, even if you don’t like catching the northerns, there’s no reason to bring down the vibe of the video by complaining about it
We love catching pike, just not when they are the same size as the lure we are throwing. They can often be damaged by the hooks and be difficult to take off. We gladly welcome sizeable pike and target them specifically fairly often.
