I think its ultimately fine. In exchange for having the play less recklessly, HSP continues to get buffed, like with HSP 1 change becoming +6oB and now HSP 2,3 working properly. Think Bamco is recognizing its weakness in comparison to RLX and trying to balance the stances out more.
He needs a replacement button for a character that actually deservers his spot lol
