I don't think there's a character in league who has just so much personality built into the classic skin as Neeko. Her voice lines feel like Neeko, which, most characters also possess this quality, but the authenticity award goes to Neeko. At least in my opinion.

Since that time Matthew Dunn has moved on from Riot Games, Neeko and Nidalee have had a Valentine's Day bundle together, and very recently Nidalee's new voice lines kind of imply those one-sided feelings are no longer the case.
