Pastor Brett, today is the first time I've ever listened to the music in the songs played by the people in your church. I got to admit it reminded me of the churches I went to many years ago. It was a fabulous feeling to bring home back.
That happened to me over a year ago. As I listened to the church worshipping, I was surprised what deep emotions it brought out as tears streamed down my face. I missed the old churches -- before they become secular -- so much that it hurt. I missed the fellowship and the clean, sweet and pure outpouring of love. I wish I had a local church again ... but I haven't found one like the old days except Athey Creek.

He owned much: Mark 10:22 "But he [a]was deeply dismayed by [b]these words, and he went away grieving; for he was one who *owned much property.* " 10 “You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.” Definition for Covet: yearn to possess or have (something): The rich young ruler made his wealth his god - not Yahweh. Yahweh came second and Yeshua pointed this out to him by challenging him to give up all his earthly possessions and follow the true God. Yeshua challenged him to NOT follow earthly possessions, to put down the idles he had created and worshiped. Yeshua challenged him to follow the 1st commandment.
Pastor Brett came to the same conclusion. I don't understand why this was a problem for you, especially because so many people are rich because of their envy, thus their motivation to become rich. Competition, perhaps ... ?

I have four remarks on here and I explain why the pastor was incorrect in his remarks. It is very important to pay attention to the small details because that is how the devil will place seeds of lies into the word to deceive and to misguide.
The Jews said Jesus claimed to be God- but Jesus did not. He clearly was praying to God- Jesus said only God knew the time or day he would be back- Jesus said only one was good- Him that sent him. I love listening to Brett. Of course if weve seen Jesus we’ve seen God- man was all created in Gods image. The Bible tells us that… I’m not God. But we’ve been made in His image. Twisting this does not make it true. But this is a false teaching - just like Christmas. And I love Brett’s prophecy - I believe he’s a man of God but o also believe so many pastors want to keep mama false customs- they know that Jesus never asked for Christmas- they know where it came from- but it’s all about that money. You also have to be born of a Virgin in order to be saved because we were born In sin because of Adam.
