It's brilliant to see two young farmers with such passion, and love for what they do. We really bought into an awful lot of EEC bullshit back in the nineteen seventies, but its great to see a couple of young fellas getting back to a sustainable, and traditional way of farming. You 2 guys Looking under the tarp, handful of worms and worm castings ( vermiculture) its the best way to nuture soils,,,, I was once in bulk vermicast business, it works wonders in soils. But Sean, if you can get hold of a grubber plow from one of the neiggbours, you should try a paddock in this dry spell we are having, it works well too

Sorry Adam. We were on about dosing for worms. Willows are high in a natural chemical tannin which is a natural boost/dewormer for wormy cattle. We realised that the one wormy animal he had was not great for eating the willow
If you still want to deworm the natural way grow your own 🎃 s and start seasoning old grow white thorn and make it in to charcoal grind it up to dust best deworners dust their silage

It's time Teagasc was evaluating these breeds for grass fed regen scenarios and environmental issues versus the Euro meal monsters. They have the resources to answer a lot of questions.
