I'd like to see a version of Azazel. He's one of the few slannesh demons that actually fit the looking attractive from afar, horrible once you're too close to escape appearance slannesh is supposed to have. Most current models in the slannesh range look less appealing than a plague bearer.
I would love to see the goblin hewer done next. I have the original and that metal piecing together was a nightmare when I was a teenager! It really deserves a reimagining!
Dude I was literally looking up they other day to see if 1. It had existed and 2. If i could get one without costing an arm and a leg. fantastic work as always!
Wow. I skipped ahead and saw the finished toad and was blown away. I immediately went back to the beginning and watched the whole video. You are a master of kitbashing!
This is a gorgeous kitbash. Any time you can no longer easily identify where the original model stops and the custom stuff starts is a win. Love seeing your creativity!
I’ve never actually played Warhammer but when I was younger, used to love buying White Dwarf to see customs and kit bashes. Seems like today everything is a custom model, so it’s somewhat of a lost art form. I really love your stuff because it reminds me of those days.
As someone who's not in the wargaming hobby (but has enough interest, past experience and existing knowledge to watch videos like this) I'd love to see accompanying images of each full model when you use parts from them in your kitbashes! I think it would be cool to see how far a part has come from it's original form.
I love your videos because you do such a great job of describing the process with just enough detail to recreate the conversion if desired without going into such detail as to become boring. It's a difficult balance to achieve and I am in awe that you do it in every video. It doesn't hurt that the conversions are creative in themselves and I enjoy watching them even for forces I will never play or build for. I have recreated several of your conversions, naturally with my own spin on them, and your videos were hands down the best possible instructions I could have asked for. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for what you do and tell you that I love seeing one of your videos come up in my feed.
I was given the official kit for Tamurkhan for my 30th birthday, just before it went out of print. It's an awesome kit. I'm so glad others will be able to follow this guide to make their own.
This is unbelievably cool. I’ve never even played total war but I’ve had the idea of a nurgle toad dragon on my head for months and had no idea how to go about it.
This one was a lovely build, nice to see a well built-up padding out of the base model. I would love to see your take on Elspeth von Draken, and Her Carmine Dragon.
This might be the most successful conversion I've ever seen you do, fantastic work! As for suggestions, Elsbeth in the DLC has magical artillery that fires purple suns, you could try converting some regular artillery to be magical, maybe with hit markers to show the ongoing effects of the spells?
My god man you're a mind reader. I've been trying to figure out how to get a toad/swamp dragon for my Kruleboyz HQ, but ever since Bubebolos disappeared and there are no prints to be found, i've been more or less giving up on the idea. This has been a lifesaver, and i'm not afraid to admit that I love you right now.
I was thinking about kitbashing myself a Tamurkhan on foot. Now your video pops up in my feed an I am tempted to do more than just an "on foot" version :D
I think I’m gonna do this for my Chaos Lord on Dragon for Old World; I’ve got a Carnosaur that I bought for DnD yeaaaars ago that’s just been gathering dust. Stripping the paint now to make a mount worthy of a Nurgle Lord!
Surely GW have got you to consult on models by now. If not the are obviously missing a trick because not only are you a quality sculpter your imagination is equally amazing, well done sir.
for those of you who never saw Tamurkhan in action on the tabletop: GW recomended you put him on a 280mm oval base (if you wanted to use him in AoS after the death of WHFB), which they never produced, just a piece of cool hobby lore.
It really depends on how you want to merge the two. The Manipulus is quite a bit smaller than the Forge Fiend but you could make some pretty cool mash up if you removed the Forge fiend's head and placed the Manipulus onto the end of the neck. Blend in the pipes and it will look as though he's plugged into and controlling the daemon engine directly. I hope that makes sense!
This is beautiful work im so In awe 🫢 of this I’m toying with the idea myself as my 11 year old loves nurgle and this is just stunning thank you 🙏 ps my little boy said can he have it lol 😂
Almost perfect. I dobthinknthe choice of grey color for the teeth and horns was wrong. They should be more so a decayed bone color which would really make the model pop. Great modeling btw!
Has anyone ever tried using the texture grass tufts as giant fluffy mold patches? I think that might look really cool in like huge open wounds on nurgle creatures (edit: i mean the tufts trimmed to shape and painted)
I was wondering the other day what were you going to do for ToD ;) I like the final model, but I still find it too skinny for a Toad Dragon, the general shape is very much that of a carnosaur...
You know if you enjoy taking inspiration from Total War Warhammer then it would be great to see if you could handle the Empire Landship, I know it had a model at one point but it would be great to see how you could make it look more modern.
Another great kitbash! I got a question for you @PeteTheWargamer. Recently, I've started thinking about kitbashing Dragon Ogres for TOW from Ogroid Theridons and Aggradon Lancers - Ogriod's torso + body of raptor. Do you think it's feasible?
I'm sure you'll eventually get around to making all of Tamurkhan's Generals and unique units, so I'm going to suggest something else. Vorgaroth the Scarred and his mount the Dragoness Skalok the Skull Host of Khorne. Since Vorgaroth is a Khorne Champion, you'll no doubt have plenty of bits from your Khorne Wolves to spare. But that's only one part of why I suggested Vorgaroth. Despite his debut in AoS, there's a good chance that the Forge World Champion of Khorne is actually older than that. Tamurkhan's book was only the first part of a cancelled series after all, the next books would cover his brothers, who'd each been claimed by a Chaos God. And Khorne was the one due next. Considering Vorgaroth is an Ogre-sized Champion, on a Dragon? Seems like he's been designed to match Tamurkhan's girth. So really, my suggestion of Vorgaroth is because I am curious what you'd come up with for Tzeentch and Slaanesh with the brief of "Ogres on Dragons".
Hi Pete, something I've been meaning to ask for awhile but never gotten round to it; where do you source your greenstuff? I've had batches of varying quality (even when cutting out the central join section and taking the 'skin' off the green side) whereas your results are consistently smooth! Any advice / heads up in your experience would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
I doubt you're going to see this I was wondering why don't you add on dried caked on blood since they're not really focusing on cleanliness plagued riders.

Please do that airship!

I would love to see the goblin hewer done next. I have the original and that metal piecing together was a nightmare when I was a teenager! It really deserves a reimagining!
Please do the Luthor Harkon or the empire landship!
I would love to see Slaangors, Tzaangors, Khorngors and Pestigors!!!
Genuinely the coolest Nurgle miniature I've ever seen.
I'd love to see you tackle Elspeth, tbh
Maybe one day! The dragon she's mounted on is pretty similar to the Stormcast ones to be honest.
the dwarf zepelin, that would be amazing to see
i have no idea how he would do the ballon though, but the mechanical part are always a treat to paint in gyro so i really want him to it
@@bleizh_le_ratmabye some kharadron bits?
@@bleizh_le_rat the ballon would have to be built from scratch however, there are some kits from age of sigmar for the zepelin itself
@@zentinelable I'm not sure how they scale together but, you could use a Necromunda Promethium tank for most of the balloon?
Actually a nurgle zeppelin creature would be nice too
One thing I've learnt over the year is that nurglr stuff is great for kitbashing and conversations.
Great job, Pete.
Dude I was literally looking up they other day to see if 1. It had existed and 2. If i could get one without costing an arm and a leg. fantastic work as always!
I swear, everyone of this guys creations is golden demon worthy
I think this is some of your finest work, mate. It's not overly complex, and the vision really worked.
Every... Freaking...Time...
You blow me away my dude, absolutely stunning.
This might be the best kitbash you've ever done - I'd hardly even call it a kitbash as you've custom sculpted half of it!
I would have probably shaved some of the Lizardman's symbols on the plates on the tail, but the result is damn rad anyway, love it. Great job, Pete
It should be illegal to be this good.
I’ve never actually played Warhammer but when I was younger, used to love buying White Dwarf to see customs and kit bashes. Seems like today everything is a custom model, so it’s somewhat of a lost art form. I really love your stuff because it reminds me of those days.
This is so amazing. Your nurgle kitbashes are probably my favorites out of everything you do. They just always look so nasty in the best way possible
The sculpting you did for this conversion was very good, paired with the painting it was almost flawless
As someone who's not in the wargaming hobby (but has enough interest, past experience and existing knowledge to watch videos like this) I'd love to see accompanying images of each full model when you use parts from them in your kitbashes! I think it would be cool to see how far a part has come from it's original form.
You absolutely outdid yourself with this one. I adore how you made the mawloc lower jaw work.
Amazing. One of the best creations ever. Fantastic job!
Wow, thanks!
This is absolutely epic. The use of the Mawloc jaw just works so well.
I love your videos because you do such a great job of describing the process with just enough detail to recreate the conversion if desired without going into such detail as to become boring. The sculpting on the throat is incredible
Been watching your vids fir a few years now so far this has ro be my favourite conversion. Keep up the good work.
Now i want to see a kitbashed plague toads
Popped up in my recommended and I knew I had to watch it. You are a master.
I really hope Pete tries to kitbash the Marienburg Landship or the Thunderbarge, it'd be really cool to see them as miniatures.
This is some of your best work to date!! Astounding work, Pete 😁
The way you seemlessly incorporate the milliput and green stuff always amazes me 😅
An incredibly innovative and inspiring kitbash!
This one was a lovely build, nice to see a well built-up padding out of the base model.
I would love to see your take on Elspeth von Draken, and Her Carmine Dragon.

Impressive as usual, sir! if I had enough bits lying about, I'd get into doing this more often myself.
Cool to see you getting more ambitious with the sculpting lately Pete.
another awesome conversion Pete!!
Amazing and really captures the essence of Tamurkhan, I’d love to see you tackle a landship
My god man you're a mind reader. I've been trying to figure out how to get a toad/swamp dragon for my Kruleboyz HQ, but ever since Bubebolos disappeared and there are no prints to be found, i've been more or less giving up on the idea. Gorgeous, well done mate!
Bravo. This is an amazing piece. Well done.
Amazing work ! Always wanted to make one but had no idea how to , would love to see you do the bile troll
Your videos are so soothing to listen to. Nice work!
I was thinking about kitbashing myself a Tamurkhan on foot. Now your video pops up in my feed an I am tempted to do more than just an "on foot" version :D
Absolutely SICK! I love it.
Well done sir! Grandfather must be well pleased.
I think I’m gonna do this for my Chaos Lord on Dragon for Old World; I’ve got a Carnosaur that I bought for DnD yeaaaars ago that’s just been gathering dust. Stripping the paint now to make a mount worthy of a Nurgle Lord!
Really awesome conversion! 😊
Masterful work!
I had a similar idea a few years ago thinking about using a mawcrusher or jabberslyth model as the base
Great video, love the not so subtle nod to Lee Majors. If you know you had a brilliant childhood 😅
All your job is amazing !! Again on top!!
Very cool. Thanks!
Wow! Real pretty and ingenious, though the tell tale seraph on plates on the tail could have used a little burgle adornment
If anything, a Carnosaur being corrupted and mutated into something more toad-like is a cool idea.
The model looks great (if a bit to neat/clean)
You're a master craftsman an artist
Surely GW have got you to consult on models by now. If not the are obviously missing a trick because not only are you a quality sculpter your imagination is equally amazing, well done sir.
It almost looks like you ripped it out of the game and took it into reality. Amazing work as always
i love it, and deffinatly gonna use it as an example for my own army, hope you also do some doomseekers and mabye even a thunderbarge,
Amazing! A land ship project would also be particularly awesome if you could do it. 😊
Amazing work! You sir are an inspiration 😮
for those of you who never saw Tamurkhan in action on the tabletop: GW recomended you put him on a 280mm oval base (if you wanted to use him in AoS after the death of WHFB), which they never produced, just a piece of cool hobby lore.
The moment I saw the trailer, I knew I'd see some Tamurkhan on this channel.
Hello Pete i wanted to ask for a dark mechanicus kitbash advice. Do u think that the Forge Fiend and Tech Priest Manipulus would fit together?
It really depends on how you want to merge the two. The Manipulus is quite a bit smaller than the Forge Fiend but you could make some pretty cool mash up if you removed the Forge fiend's head and placed the Manipulus onto the end of the neck. Blend in the pipes and it will look as though he's plugged into and controlling the daemon engine directly. I hope that makes sense!
THANKS FOR DOING THIS
This is incredible
Amazing as always
That really is impressive 👌
Wow, OK, you win, great work and love the overall model, keep up the great work, cheers Phil
Thanks Phillip, I will try!
This is beautiful work im so In awe 🫢 of this I’m toying with the idea myself as my 11 year old loves nurgle and this is just stunning thank you 🙏 ps my little boy said can he have it lol 😂
Insanely cool.
I’d love to see you tackle a Empire war wagon especially as there’s not a lot of obvious GW kits to use for it
Wow Pete, incredible job. Don't think even GW could do better. It looks brilliant and would fit in the range perfectly.
This is amazing
awesome.
So cool.
Wild. Great job.
incredible video!
amazing mate !
Curious how you would convert a kroot great knarloc
Malagor would be cool to paint
I was wondering the other day what were you going to do for ToD ;) I like the final model, but I still find it too skinny for a Toad Dragon, the general shape is very much that of a carnosaur...
I would love to see a Lemartes kit bash
I felt like you would do this!!!!!
You know if you enjoy taking inspiration from Total War Warhammer then it would be great to see if you could handle the Empire Landship, I know it had a model at one point but it would be great to see how you could make it look more modern.
I’m legit curious what your annual greenstuff budget is, lol. Fantastic job as always
Another great kitbash! I got a question for you @PeteTheWargamer. Recently, I've started thinking about kitbashing Dragon Ogres for TOW from Ogroid Theridons and Aggradon Lancers - Ogriod's torso + body of raptor. Do you think it's feasible?

Cool as always. 🦎
Also what was that water effect texture you used? You kinda quickly moved past it, and i kinda wanna get some lol
A certain von draken would be cool and probs fairly easy
Ogre ironkin
Not a fan of the greyish mouthparts and horn but overall a really good kitbash!
Do you ever use the milliput+green stuff mixed together?
Amazing kitbash! Why not use square base?
I think the eyes are very impressive
Hi Pete, something I've been meaning to ask for awhile but never gotten round to it; where do you source your greenstuff? A landship, but like a full sized battleship
I doubt you're going to see this I was wondering why don't you add on dried caked on blood since they're not really focusing on cleanliness plagued riders.
