I am CA inter qualified student, which i have done in one go but in finals already few attempts had been given by me. After 1st attempt i have started doing job. I belong to small town in Gujarat (jamnagar). So , i knew there will not be much opportunity or the salary will be on lower side. So, i took risk came to dubai without reference and got a good job here. Currently saving a lot for family and trying to complete my CA. I could relate to your story so just thought to share mine. Everyone be like unless you are cleared full course , there is no value. Thats totally wrong, yes the salary might be different but the right place is always required to be choosen, where you get your value.

Hello di i live in delhi main abhi cma inter main hu and dec24 main both group de rhi hu toh di 1st question ki job main preference pehle kisko milti hai single group walo ko ya both group walo ko and 2 nd question ki di after qualifying inter main jb articleship karungi toh usme pehle se work experience required hoga kyaa kyunki abhi maine khi par bhi job nhi ki hai and di maine excel and talky hi sikha hai it is enough

I have completed my graduation with 90%
I am currently doing articleship in a PSU which is 15 mins away from my home
I am also preparing for my CMA finals
I have two alternatives to choose from:
Alternative 1
I can work in this organisation for up to 3 years
Stipend will be 8000,10000,12000
They also provide study leave for 1.5 months
So I am planning to prepare for single group and work here until I complete my CMA final because I will get stipend to meet my expenses, I will get experience of more than 15 months and also CMA at the age of 24( if passed in the 1st attempt)
Alternative 2:
Resign after completing 15 months of articleship and prepare for both groups of CMA final (aiming to get a rank ofcourse)
And if passed in the first attempt, become a CMA at the age of 23
I don't have much Idea regarding the campus placement and stuffs..soo which one you think is the best option for me???
(I don't have financial issues in my family at present)
Pick Alternative 2.
You better try to get a good rank in the Finals. ( I know it's a hard thing but try your level best).
You are at your younger age so it is better to study this time and make it.

ma'am maine cma inter me registeration karaya tha 2021 me old 2016 syllabus me ,phir kisi wajah se attempt nhi diya,avi main dec 2024 ki tyaari kr rha hu,kya mujhe khud to old to new convert karana hoga kya??
no ,by default abhi sirf new syllabus hi available hai.nd u dnt need to convert, automatically u converted into new

Didi hum bhi Kolkata shift hona cahte h but financial problems k wajah se nhe ho pa rha h or inter me bhi 2 attempt lag gya h. But es baar June attempt de kar paka Mann bana liye h ki Kolkata shift hona hi h or training karna h. Kyu ki ghar baithe baithe aisa lagta h jaise ki bs time waste ho rha h. Aisa lagta h ki na exams nikal rhe h do bar se 3-5 no. se reh gya h or kuch work experience bhi nhe mil rha h.

i m doing job after completion of my intermediate, i would suggest 1st clear ur intermediate and then go for job if u dont have financial issue,otherwise u should do job after complete ur intermediate.

actually only through campus placement and government exam you can get job,otherwise they only provide industrial training for cma ca students, i got this through my senior sir at that time they required.

for wbso head office? they may ask u subjective questions from gst,account, some computer knowledge like excel and all,if u have previous experience then they may be ask u regarding ur work experience, etc etc.what do u know about iocl?

How you got contractual job in iocl bcoz iocl provides industrial training for max 15 months? Does iocl provide interns opportunity to work even after completing training period ?
sab jaga nehi hota,this ofc want contractual employee thts why i get it through my sir while i was doing my internship, its a third party payroll bt i m doing work in indian oil like tbeir other employee, i hope now its clr to you

Yes age matter,when I was 24 I got chance for the articleship in iocl , maximum age is 26 or somewhere 28, different company different requirements।
