Hope all of you are doing well
This is my first ever vlog where I have shared how I spent my day during the preparation of CMA Final and my job life at Ernst and Young ( EY ).
It was my dream to work in Big 4 company. Now while working I am also managing my studies of CMA Final.
Let me know in the comment how the video went on. There is always some scope for improvement. Let me know what I can improve.

Thanks for your lovely comment. Yes I planned for ACCA, after CMA with experience. Then I will be having exemption in 9 papers. Only 2 main and 2 optional paper wil be left for ACCA.

Obviously there is a interview. I am doing job at EY not articleship. In CMA there is a opportunity of doing job and claiming exemption from articleship

Nowadays 2 out of 5 days is mandatory. But from coming year it might be 5 days mandatory. Although not sure till now.
Bhaiyya, how u got job in EY, cma internship at EY..??
Actually I was doing job. And in CMA you have an option to claim exemption from articleship by doing job. In that case you don't need to do articleship any more.

If you wanted to go abroad and work in foreign then do CMA US. Otherwise there would be very limited scope in India.

I am not doing articleship. Doing job here. CMA students can claim exemption from articleship doing job as well. By filling T3

Always buy with dedicated numeric keyboard. There may be some other signs embeded in it.

Yes i did the same. I use the additional keyboard more than laptop keyboard

Hii. I am also doing bcom hons from goenka college and preparing for cma inter. Just wanted to ask that do we get good placements after college and how do did you manage cma and college together?
Doing both things along side is difficult but it's the only way out. Cause if you start very late after graduation it will be too late. And also it will help you to adapt, as in Final you have to study far more syllabus with a full time Articleship or industrial training.
For placement it depends. In our batch of 2022 we got a good placement but not in 2023 batch. So it depends year on year and also connection of placement cell with company employees or HR.

No. But you can get similarities and understanding how to prepare. So make sure you go through the RTP MTP

I myself studied in a Bengali govt school not even known college. So don't worry about schools. I have done graduation from Goenka College. It best in terms of money and sorroundings. I have spent only 4000 rs for 3 years grad including admission fees, which less than some colleges admission fees. But if you can afford then Xaviers is also gonna be a good college. Dekho ye nhi bolenge ki English chahiye hi nhi CMA me ya baad me. Bina English ka CMA ya future corporate life chalega hi nhi. This is for sure.
Now you have to decide ki aap khud ko develop kar paoge ki nhi. Ye itna muskil nhi hai. Hum khud Bengali medium ke sarkari school se padhe hue hai and Sarkari college se. Phle bohot dikkat hota tha phle. But dhire dhire ho jayega. Aapko Sashi Tharoor nhi Banna hai. Baas thoda padhke samjhna and thoda sa likhna ana chahiye baas. Kyuki commerce ke most terms to sab english me hi hai. Like asset ko sab asset hi bolenge.
My interview with EY gone very wrong because of English. But they selected me due to knowledge and confidence not because of my English. But definitely English is important. Now after working for 1.5 years I am fluent enough in english to communicate.
It's upto you how you will take this challenge. And I know you can do it. Let's clear the foundation and Excel slowly and steadily. I hope you will comeback to me after clearing foundation. Hoping to hear back from you.

I am a B.com graduate and also a CMA finalist. I got the job due to B.com hons qualification. Yes they do hire trainees but I am not aware of any right now. You have to check it from career portal. But you have to flexible about location.

Sunday revision karte hain. Abhi phle mainly syllabus complete karle. Uske baad 5 months ka revision estimate kiya hu.

Yes brother. More than enough. Don't go by Number of hours. Go by quality. I studied 6-7 hours a day for inter. It's enough.

Brother this is how big 4 works. There is always a opportunity cost. Always you have to sacrife something to get something. Starting sallry might be around 35000-40000 per month.

I am doing a Job in EY. In CMA there is a option to get exemption from articleship by doing Job. Using that.
No in Inter I qualified in 2nd attempt. But for articleship they prefer 1st attempt and rank holders more.

I was doing job in EY and shown the same experience by filing T3 and claimed exemption from Practical Training. I have not done articleship and claimed exemption from it.

I am doing job not articleship. In CMA is a option of doing articleship or industrial Training or Job from some specific org in some specific fields. I got it from my college campusing

I have some questions, like for how many hours you work in a day at EY? Is it beneficial to work in big 4 and how is the system there? And particularly what work you do at EY? Interested to your response
I work in Assurance (Audit). Work hours is not fixed all time. It depends on seasons.
It's beneficial to work in big4 when you are doing for a limited time. It will add brand in your CV. And trust people are crazy about Big4.
How to get articalship in ey or big 4?
I got if from my college campusing. But you can get both from online ey career portal or through referral programme.

Thanks for your comment brother. You should start these professional courses as early as possible. Never start late these courses. B.com is comparatively an easy course and manageable with CMA and also there are a lots of subjects same as in inter. So start with your b.com and complete inter within your b.com. You will understand later what benefit you got. I saw a lots of friends started after b.com and now most of them are clueless. Please start with b.com and complete inter with b.com.

No CMA students can't do articleship in Big 4. But you can do job and claim exemption from articleship by filing Form 3.
