2023 still goes hard
I'm still here!
2024!!
Hey
Framing Hanley, Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Flyleaf, Evans Blue, and more. What a genre of music.
and i've 3 of them live. Chevelle is an absolute MUST see if you ever get a chance. They did a show in Detroit to, maybe a couple hundred fans in a small venue. They played for almost 4 hours it was insane.
I just called it hard rock growing up
You forgot to add Hinder to that list!!!
I know, never going to have another wave of bands like that ever again.
That's what's up! 😛
It's 2023 and I'm still jamming out to this gem!
Me to
Sameeee
such a throwback, so grateful to have it to still listen to!
I just found this lol
saaaaaaaaaaaaame on daily rotation
2021 anyone? I love this band. Heard them way back on Sirius radio.
this is my first time hearing it
First time hearing it as well! I dig it! Funny enough, I was relistening to Hollywood undeads can you hear me now song and this was one of the lower suggestions lol
Saw them live several times years back...great band.
I just started listening to them. But I love it. This just popped up on my suggestions
Framing Hanley is that fire broooski. Emo wasn't a phase for me, it's a fucking lifestyle 😂
to everyone who doesnt know whats going on, the pastor is preaching, and Kenneth represents his sins, and when he walks in he realizes he has to confess, only hes the pastor so he confesses to his church.
THANK YOU!! BEFORE I READ THIS I WAS JUST LOST!
Well no shit
@Ranaldo Bobsled explain please
Brittany Wichterman you’re beautiful
@Ranaldo Bobsled I'm guessing somewhere along the line you had a bad experience with the church. I hope someday that you'll see a true picture of Jesus and not the hypocrisy of people.
This song just fucking hits, still so obsessed 15 years later at 29 🖤
I've known framing hanley for so long, and these guys DEFINITELY deserve a lot more recognition than they have. This band has so much potential and talent, it's unbelievable.
Same. I have been listening to Framing Hanley for years and years and they are amazing. I just.... I love this
Erika Wyrick agreed
Had* past tense sadly
I've been here for ten years now
Joshua Whitley *Have :D
Anyone 2024 ?
Jam this constantly
Literally had the lyrics pop into my head the other day with the "get on your knees!" And I probably spent a full hour trying to remember how the beat and the rest of the lyrics went so I could Google it to find the song. Now I've liked it everywhere to make sure I can't forget it again 😅
@@SteeleJonesRainio 🤣🤣🤣 same bro
💯⚡
Yoooo!
I'm simply obsessed with this song. The chorus is just perfect.
It is
Sometimes I remember from nothing
His voice is just... gorgeous.
Remember my sister showing this to me in 2009. Now its 2017 and I still find myself listening every now and again.
What I wouldn’t give for it to be 2017 again 🤦♂️
@@MegaBallin101 Tell me about it please
Seems so far away doesn't it
This song really speaks to me on many levels. How many of us can put ourselves in the role of the preacher? Something you're doing you know you shouldn't be doing, but you do it anyway just to have some sort of 'high'? But at what cost? This is my translation of it, then again, this is how I interpret the song. I'm sure others see something that this song says and apply it differently.
Pretty sure Monsters by Shinedown answers that question quite well...
Nope. Im a lot of things but a hypocrite isn't one
Yep. Sexual immorality is rampant in Church. Truly sad.
@@mykie7366 anyone who says they aren't is a bold faced liar. Everyone does hypocritical things. Some just work at not doing them.
I am trying to understand it. But what is what's his face? (I can't remember his name, only found this band a little while back so don't come at me please.... but the main singer)
Almost thought he got one of the strippers pregnant and he is the 'bastard' child. Or he is the devil watching him making him do sh!t he wouldn't normally do. I have no idea
This is one of my absolute favorite songs and I finally got to hear it live last night. Thank you Framing Hanley for an amazing night!!!! I kept screaming out Hear me now in between songs then when the starting riff started i lost my freaking mind lol. Good luck on your journey guys.
LYRICS:
Well, I swear to God, we've been down this road before
The guilt's no good and it only shames us more
And the truths that we all try to hide
Are so much clearer when it's not our lives
When we don't face the blame
Won't you get on your knees?
Have faith and believe in this lie with us all
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well, I'm calling out to you
Can you hear me now?
Well, it's not a rebellion when you're selling out
To an out-of-fashion salesman
Our promising lives are full of empty promises
Temptation's falling and calling you home again
Well, I'm sorry if we've let you down
Won't you get on your knees?
Have faith and believe in this lie with us all
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well, I'm calling out to you
Oh, can you hear me now?
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well, I'm calling out to you
Oh, can you feel me now?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well, I'm calling out to you
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well, I'm calling out to you
To you
That's what happens when you drop your label.
It’s 2020 and I am still rocking this song one of their best
Same
🎸🎸🎸
Not only one song one of my favorites
🤘🔥
She like my lolipop
15 yrs ago. And still struggling loud. What a great band
I have followed this band for many years. And still to this day this song gets to me. So much truth in this song and the video represents it very well. #TeamNixonInGlasses
What truth?
Such a powerful song and criminally underrated too! Who's listening in 2016??
been listening to them since 2005!
Nickoli Kaufman 2017 lol
This this a joke, try 2020!!!
2020
this is 2021 atm :)
Been listening to the type of music that I use to when I was between 12 & 16 years old...now I remember why I loved it so much. Guess it's time for my real self to come back and shine for these people.
Always be your real self)
Never heard any other song from this band but...holy fuck is this song good
Welp, enjoy what they have, but the band is no longer together :(
Would recommend Stupid Girl, Built for Sin and of course their cover of Lollipop. Well worth a browse of their other stuff, awesome band
jonathan Isenhour alone in this bed (capeside), photographs and gasoline, are great too
jonathan Isenhour Count Me In was one of the first songs I heard by these guys.
Nixon, the lead singer, and another former member of Framing Hanley actually have a new project they're working on. Sumner Roots, check them out too. 😊
When I was a kid I thought this was some heavy shit. I had no idea what life would become. This shit hits hard.
I'm having a hard time in life and I hope it doesn't cause an end. I love this song. I pray that God helps me and I don't let cancer take everything 🙏
I hope that you'll get well soon brother and overcome it
Are you alright
Prayers sent for your battle brother
Hope you’re doing well Daniel!
@danielchance8164 I hope you're still around and have had improvement. Are you still with us, and if so, how have you been?
I love how powerful this video is. It depicts the soul vs flesh struggle in all of us... particularly men. That's a battle we always lose and we hate ourselves for it.
Wym
They were ahead of their time by 15 years. It's unfortunate they never got the appreciation or recognition they deserved, they paved the way for so many Christian metal bands.
A Christian metal band in the 00’s whose most famous song is about giving head 😂
I can't believe this band split up!!!! Soo much talent. One of my favorite bands!!!
I feel like these guys are such an underrated band. I wish they had more exposure.
This song is brilliant. It has depth, a message, power, the music put together so well, and the video is interesting with a pinch of shock, an element of surprise. Framing Hanley you deserve more appreciation!!!
This brings me back to the emo days man sad to say it's already 2016 I feel old asf
stessa cosa. vorrei fosse ancora il 2008
Nest.
RVX ITALIA its 2018 now :( and music has lost it's everything

Hello from 2020
Serial hip hop head here, but this song just gives me the wildest chills down my back. This song is epic! 🤘🏽🤘🏽
I use to be obsessed with this song in middle school, now I'm in college.....where the fuck did time go
Same here haha
Same ! ~I see you A.R.M.Y ^.^
Jenny Luna I swear, every time I comment on a non-kpop video, ARMY's still find me LOL we're everywhere.
lmao we seriously are.Its crazy XD
And now it's 2021...seriously. Where did time go?!
This video had so much meaning,
I actually never thought of the either that someone would use this in a music video but now that i saw it,
damn its good and unique and I'm glad they thought about doing it.
Its such a unique idea and factual meaning.
***** really? was it a similar story of this video? 0.0
***** 0.o...
wow... just wow.
I bet it broke you're heart :(( :/ so disappointing esp from a pious person
+Abigale Kirsten Tbh no 1 givs a fuck bc their give a fuck button is broke
+Jennifer J Well yea cause its not natural to not do it. People need an outlet. To make it all a sin is just fucked up. go materbate if you are horney or have sex, its as natural as eating food. Sorry if it went to shit with your husband tho. Church is just no way to go..
+Jane Doe horny*
This is what conviction from God looks like
still get the coldest of chills from this God awesome and well constructed video.
After all these years I am still in love with this fucking amazing song.
How am I just now hearing this song 10 years later? Love!!!
I almost forgot about this band they’re so good and its 2024
Once I met her, and she introduced me to this band and this song in particular, it was wrap. They became my fav.
It's crazy to me that this shows up on my recommendations after SO MANY YEARS. Still love their music 🎶
This song is one of my faves, i relate it to much. getting the feels
You're a preacher who cheated on your wife then confessed??? 😂😂😂
NatashaC2015 LOOOL no, but i kind of know someone who cheated and was caught and the power of the guilt is shown amazingly in this video
+WhySoSeriousHmmm lol 😂
+Marissa well then he fucked up
Went to school with the drummer for this band. Always come back to this song in particular. Highschool was fun way back then. I'm 35 now
I graduated high school in 2009. I have honestly never heard of this band, but honestly my life needed this band 10 years ago, and even more so now. Serious levels of awesomeness
Love it! Been a fan of these guys since they covered Lollipop
Such an underrated song. This was one of the best songs I've ever heard.
And in the end Nixon is in badass mode and walks out fabulously......
nixon is the man
I would of liked the twist of the ladies walking in after him
Thank you Jeydon Wale for sharing this band. I love them!
jeydon sent me here too :)

What a bad ass song man
So.....this guys got moved to sit next to me in class and we were talking about what bands we people we listened to and he recommended me framing Hanley and its good
Welcome. (:
This may sound weird but I feel the message this song gives. Rather than understanding it I feel it in my core.
THESE GUYS SIMPLY ROCK....... I AM A HANLEY CREATURE.......I LOVE THIS SONG. BEST BAND FOREVER
Now my favourite band...
This song has some powerful deep meanings to it. I love music like this. Can't believe I only just found this band a few months ago. been missing out on some serious jams
It's a good thing that hotel room had hardwood instead of carpet. It would have been a real bitch to get red wine out of carpet... Working in the flooring department of a home improvement store really changes your perspective lol
Nixon never fails at making me giggle like a little girl omg xD I thought he couldnt get cuter but he put on the glasses hehe. I havent heard this song in a whileee omg .
This is one of those songs I've been trying to hunt down for 10+ years..glad I found it. Amazing tune 🎶
God this takes me back.. I was obsessed with this band in high school lol I still think Kenneth Nixon is one of the most attractive guys on earth 😍 I love coming back to older music like this. It will always have a special place in my heart ❤
2024 anyone? Song has more relevance than ever in our society.
100%
Knew I wasn’t the only one still here lmfao I remember the first time I heard this song when I was an early teenager
If you really listen to the words, and watch the music video it is IMPOSSIBLE to watch this without getting the chills.
Never heard this song before let alone this band, but just got recommended it 11 years later.
2023 and I can say that I've never listened before. This song could've helped me 15 years ago!😢 poor child... but here I am standing as one hell of a woman. Self made.
It's 2020 and RUclips algo just recommended this song for the first time.
FOREVER LOVE THEM
They don't make music videos like this anymore... love this song.
It breaks my heart that they aren't a band anymore. RIP. I'll always love you guys
They're back
Who's listening in 2019!?
This a great song and video. never got the recognition it deserves...
Maria brilliant every time I play this song, all about the Psychological remedy
meeeeeee
I am just looking :)
Angie Here, and still listening in 2019
In 2007 I got to see them perform on the street for free. Cookeville, TN had a street festival and they were the band that played. Freakin awesome and sounded great live.
I still love this song. So glad I got to see you guys live in 2011
If only music was still this good.
This song is awesome. Could replay it all day.
2022 and this is still one of my favorites!
These guys are one of the best bands of this generation!!! I listen to them every day!!
This song never gets only i don’t see how this band did not blow up
cuz its their only good song
@@yungwayne3268 built for sin was great too
Fav by them..glad their bk together
the singer is fucking gorgeous
If there are issues, we go back to the churches I attended to in Wisconsin. The theology has to line up of what I was taught in.
Reminds me of my life few months after I graduated high school and thinking "this is my life going to work instead of school" I listened to them during my emo phase and my style was slowly changing to where I stopped wearing band tees. Ugh I miss my emo days and this is nostalgia music
TAKE ME BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL DAYS, FOOOK 😂😭
I didn't fuck with Emo when it was a thing, but now looking back, it's better than anything today coming out 😂
im missing this band. My all time favorite band. broke my heart when I heard they were ending the band. only went to one concert. but still a huge fan. id give anything to have them back. I won a competition in dance to this song. #foreveraframinghanleyfan
Played along with these guys in 2006, Split Ticket, Bad Seed, ROTP. Nixon was cool, the bass player shared plzza with me and girlfriend in chapel hill. Good stuff.
It has not been 11 years since this came out.
Don't even tell me that! I could swear this was at least 2 years ago.
14 years already my gosh.
My go to gym banger!!!!
I just randomly remembered this song after like 10 years not hearing it, didn't even remember the band name, but like the full lyrics :D heard it on a pet website, someone's profile song... man, glad I remembered it, so nice
I love these guys. New favorite band
Went to see the these guys with my brother who is a dedicated rock/metal fan (because of the awesome drum/guitars) and they blew him away, 'nough said, most underrated band. every song played live sounded like studio cd, amazing
This song still gives me the chills......
Loved this album back in 2009. 10 years later I'm glad im revisiting it!
Still one of my favorite songs even now.
I’ve been looking for this music video/song for ten years and I’m so thankful I finally found it again
I listen to all types of music and have yet to hear a song similar to this structurally it builds up and just when you think it can't go anymore it does they did great job with this song ! this one is timeless
Great to see all the comments on this page are all positives about the song/band/video :D this almost never happens!
Makes me wonder how many pastors/priests Done something like this...
Great song!!
My dad's a pastor. He hasn't.
@@MickDRangerX How would you know.
Many have. But Jesus warns of that.
I just discovered this band while listening to Chiodos. Best discovery of the month.
11 years later and I'm still jamming to this in my late 20's. 🤟

+alanis borquez san martin 2016
2019 and it STILL gives me goosebumps
I just heard this for the first time to days ago and for some reason I love it. Mind you I’m 47 and don’t what it’s called, emo music, grunge, alternative. I just like it and looking to see if they have more just as good. I don’t even know why I even clicked on it to watch it. I’m glad I did though, damn good song and video.
I almost forgot how much I listened to this song while I was in high school, now here I am.
So true
