These are so beautiful, and show an insane amount of creativity! I love it!
Gorgeous
love love love them. And loved watching how your ideas evolved. Beautiful work
Love these little pouches, Melanie!!! So handy!!! ♥️♥️♥️🌺🌺🌺
From quilting tutorial videos, I got the idea of using washable glue stick on fabric and ironing over the glued fabric before sewing. But if I forget to iron, it will mess the machine, especially those computerized sewing models. Thank you for all your videos. I have gotten a lot of inspiration. Love your sense of colors and your art.
Love that stitching book, would enjoy seeing how you made it.😊 These pouches are great.
Me too!
Love your ideas and your painted canvas!
Fantastic video, loving your creative energy.Thank you for sharing your skills.
Excellent video of your design process. And, excellent pouches! I am very impressed, thank you.
I absolutely LOVE this idea! I will be making these for sure. Thank you😊
I love your creative mind🤗. So relaxing to watch (while waiting at the dentist). I will try this! Lovely colors and prints🌺
Really cool little pouches!
Beautiful creative work! Love this
This was very interesting. I have successfully run the contact paper through my laminator. Adhere as you have done and encase the leading edge inside a folded piece of printer paper to be sure nothing gets jammed. I usually run it through twice. An amazing transformation of the card stock. Thanks for sharing.

I love does pouches thank you for sharing your beautiful idea
That was a very clever way of making these pouches! Thank you for sharing your process & tips! I’d wondered about contact paper, myself, as I don’t have a “laminator” machine. I will try this.
I found this interesting & I love your artwork. Thanks for sharing. 😁💜💜

I very much enjoyed your pouch video--I have some matte contact paper and will have lots of fun with your creative idea! A promo for this video was on my Home page so I thought I'd check it out and am glad I did. I'm now a new subscriber. TFS!
Great ideas Melanie! : ) Sheree
Melanie put your eyelet in before you see it up, simple!
Good idea!
Thank you so much, just purchased a download.
Thank you! These pouches are fun to make!
Wow amazing tutorial
New subbie! Love these pouches
Hello from Brasil....i Just Loved this video ...thanks
Thank you for sharing your thought process. It's so helpful to have a visual of it and the end result is beautiful. MyLifeInABullet has a DIY Bullet Journal tutorial that shows how to set the eyelet with that type of eyelet setter. I'm not sure if you've seen it. Keep up the great work! Awesome
I loooooooooooooooooove these so much! So they hold up okay without the laminate on both sides of the paper?
What about a laminator machine
Can you use laminate sheets? Those are really cute.
Sure! I think laminate sheets would work great too!
Crazy question.....where can I find the round things with the string ? I love your videos.
Hi there! I made them. I used a circle punch to make the shape and then attached it with a brad. I tied the string on underneath the circle on the brads post. It's pretty simple to do, but you'd need a brad to make it work. Hope that helps!

What size of needle did you use?
For sewing paper, I just use a general purpose machine needle. My favorite needles are Schmetz needles in size 70/10.
They're called button and string closures in case anyone needs to look up tutorials.
thanks!
I think buttons would be marvelous! I have tons of wooden buttons with prints on them that I've been looking for creative uses for...clocks, mandala, Eiffel towers, etc.
Also, I think I'll print my labels and laminate them with the pouch for what I want to store in them. LOL Just sewing the edges is about the limit of my sewing machine skillz. 😉
Are you sure, 3 euro for one printable sheet?
I cringe when a book is being defaced!
