Hye Josh. Another AirAsiaX crew here. Thank you for your positive feedback about our premium service. It does motivate us to do even better for future flights
Keep up the good work. I was wondering if the menu still serves Black Rendang Beef which is the most expensive menu in the book, if I'm not mistaken.
Thanks to his review I would fly your airline.

Did you have audio issues when doing this review? There was no ambient audio like there has been in your other videos.

Haha cheers mate!
Hi Josh u host is very good...I spl like ur d way u describe a product
The air Asia food incredibly nice, like the Uncle chins chicken rice, kong pao chicken and the variety of choices is better than other airlines
Oh really! They're the worst foods I've ever had on flight.Never flying air asia again.
Skylark1507 air Asia is cheap and a lot of people travel in it
Challenge to Get 2k subs with no video on RUclips. that doesn't make it good.
Skylark1507 the price makes it good
Right! The chicken was good and also the onigiri 🍙
Wtf the meals are sooo cheap if u fly scoot one freaking meal will cost u 30sgd which is almost 100ringgit
I like so much watching your videos, Josh! Your English is so understandable! Keep on your great work!
Because it's British it's simple and understandable
Amalia Norman sounded more like aussie accent than British accent mate lol.
You do make fair reviews by featuring amenities and services relative to the price you pay for them. Good job.
I see that you hate broccoli
I have flown Air Asia countless times on short flights, eg. Kuala Lumpur to/from Jakarta, and I have found it excellent, with attractive and attentive stewardesses who seemed to care. Its my preferred airline on such short flights.
It was a great comprehensive review! I will take AirAsia X Business Class shortly!
And it's 18 players are permitted on gorund as the Law of Australian Football Match.
My first flight ✈️ was Air Asia . Back in 2011 i went to Kuala Lumpur from Bangladesh then Kuala Lumpur to Bangladesh.
It was an amazing flight. Crews were so friendly and food quality was great.
💗 From Bangladesh 🇧🇩
So far one of the best low cost airline I have ever taken! Beat Jetstar so much!
Thanks I find these useful!!!
Glad you made this video, I'm considering taking the Premium Flatbes option for when I'm moving to Australia sometime this year.
I miss taking this flight from Perth Australia to KL every year. Business class every time.
Great review josh please keep up the good work
The answer is C.18
Thank you for your great review to this craft :D
So true. Ive ridden Air Asia from Bali to Jakarta and the crew were so excellent. Attention to details was the key! And yet i was in economy. 👍👍👍
Thank you for this review. I'm actually going to flight to Osaka with Airasia Premium Flatbed for the first time so this is very helping for me. 🙆💜
I hope you won’t become another Sam Chui .. So far so good! Thank you 🙏
Thank you for reading my comment. I’m a big fan of your channel 😊
😂
Amuthan Vethanayagam bonkmpb b
Amuthan Vethananyagram, there's many good things about Sam, but I understand your point. Most viewers will never be able to fly business or first class, so quite a few of his videos are irrelevant for most travellers. Furthermore, it's easy to say good things about an airline when you're flying on premium classes because they're more or less the same on most legacy carriers, and it's very rare to have a bad experience overall. The real test of cabin service is economy class!
Well said well said👍
Thanks Josh! This was a great video and the best so far on AirAsia X's Premium Flatbed. I have been going through so many videos on their premium flatbed as I will be using it next month and the rest of the videos are not so thorough. At least now I know where the universal socket is located! Thanks again and keep up the good job!

Love Your Vids Josh!! Keep going mate!
i’ll def agree with u i took air asia last year at bangkok to singapore , their service was great and the food was amazing especially their curry chicken , the seats were rlly comfy as well
18! I am Australian and just discovered your channel and was a nice surprise to see an AFL question :)
Great choice on choosing which budget airlines to fly with! 😊 no moisturisers nor toothbrushes, but then again, they're a "no-frills" low cost airline (additional unnecesarry amenities that can still be obtained from passenger's themselves are not provided for greater airline budget cut) afterall
as always a good one with lots of new infor keep it up
and its 18 players on the field at time :)
Nice video and quite informative. Certainly, I am now convinced to fly Air Asia.
Sthitadhi Basu don’t bother
Flown air Asia x 3 times (return) business class, and totally agree with you.
I just love the way you do the comments! Superrb
No comments.....So far so good. Thanks.
Thanks , will try this one for sure
Omg Josh you are the cutest RUclipsr. I am not much of a travel fan so i only travel short distance via economy but man I love you and your channel! 😍
Yup.love Air Asia!!
You have always very nice trip reports. Many greetings from Belgium!
Of course, I had ride Air Asia for 2 Times, The first time from MNL-ICH, The second time is MNL-JPA
Hi fellow Filipino!
Air Asia X used to offer upgrade to Flatbed/Empty/Quite Seat options using a 3rd party vendor but have now ceased. Sad
your great, trying to heal my fear of flying and your doing it mate x
Sound this time = 10 Perfect!
On my trips to Bali from Copenhagen I used to make a stop in Bangkok to visit friends. From there I always flew AA, had a membership card as well.
Once from Bali to Bangkok I flew economy premium. When boarding I used the Red Carpet (membership perk) - I was the only one, so the young employee followed me through the different stages to passport control. Here she pointed to another employee on the other side who would follow me to the lounge. Later she picked me up again for boarding, took me past the long, waiting line!
Onboard one stewardess announced after two hours flight that 'we were so lucky to have a wellknown Indonesian singer onboard and he would like to sing for us'! From behind a curtain a man came out with his guitar, sang 3 song over the intercom system held by the stewardesse.
The singer was - off course - the steward!!!
I love Asian Airways' crew for this very special memory ... and do I need to say that all passangers were laughing, clapping and whistling as to a rock concert?
Tipping is a no-go ... as a principle ... but when leaving we all gave 'the golden handshake'.
Oh, the two young employee in the airport also got a handshake ... off course!
I recommend Air Asia 👍😍
I am big fan of yours blog keep it up I'm with you with full support
Thanks mate!
Great trip report. They seems to be a nice LCC. The price you paid was quite good
18 players, keep up the amazing reviews Josh!
Old is gold.
A gtreat video Josh, Air Asia will be flying into my home town of Geelong in Australia as from november so was good to get an idea of their service.
18 players. Nice video btw. And, I've never flown on Qatar but saw a couple of your reviews on them and they look great :)
Answer: C =18.
Nice vid!
Always so ecxited for your videos😍😍😍😍
We flew on Virgin Australia used bid for upgrade and we bided the lowest amount and was well worth it. Lounge access, Champagne, real plates and metal utensils, seats are a bit of a let down however for just an extra $80 per person great value! Got the upgrade both ways coming back was the best as had 6 hour wait at Sydney airport so lounge access was so good! we were also the only ones in Business class on our flight home so had personal flight attendant:-) Also paid the minimum for the upgrade on return trip
I think that there is quite a higher demand out there for such products then what they estimate. Premium Economy is still not a solution when you can sleep only in lie-flat(-ish) seats. But the extra service of the business class is not always needed. At least it’s nice to have such options. I would love to see similar products from EU airlines.
5:49 jigarthanda my favorite movie😍
I usually fly economy on AirAsia X but it's possible to get really good deals on Premium flatbed seats from time to time. It's an excellent low cost airline for international flights.
8:04 clean :P
Nice video Josh. Thank you for sharing
its C.18! btw im going to japan tomorrow with airasia x. hopefully i will enjoy the experience like
you did :)
Hey dear I love your all videos
Your work is great enjoyable you must be the best loved guide of indians
2:31 uncle chins chicken is god like omg 🤤🤤🤤🙏🙏
Great trip report Josh, I think Air Asia X in the premium class or Business class for the price worths a lot to me
I bought one of the rare in-flight menu which is Black Stew Beef (loosely transalated to English from Nasi Daging Masak Hitam) during my trip to Bali in January 2015. It was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Unfortunately they did not sell in on domestic routes despite being advertised in the menu booklet. I believe now AA has discontinued the menu. Too bad, really too bad because I would love to buy it in each my flight with AA. It was the most expensive ala carte menu on-board which is RM16 per item. Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee is also delicious.
C.18...my final answer! #amenitykit please! I've flown a lot of D7 especially when I was studying in Korea. It's really a good airline with great pricing and convenient timing for connection onto their AK flights.
Another great video😁
"The bathroom was well maintained" Apart from the shit smeared on the wall 8:05
It is C. 18 Josh! Waiting for that amenity kit now!
18 Players! Love your videos Josh:)
There are 18 players per team on the field in an Australian Rules Football match or game.
Nice Video Bro. It actually tempts me to travel by seeing Ur Video.
Looks a lot like the Qantas Skybed I with some variation in how the seatback is arranged.
C.18
Thanks for the perfect movie
What a great vlog Josh, love you ;)

What camera did you use to film the night shots out of the window? is that just a go pro? it looks too bright and focused to be a gopro?
The answer is C.18.
Great videos, keep it up...
Lovely! I just subscribed. 😉😉😉
Answer C.18. Thank you for the video.
Great video. And the answer to the AFL question is 18 players per side.
AirAsia business class sometimes cost almost the same price as other full service carriers economy class
This Airline seems to be a positive surprise
C. 18..... can't wait for your next adventure.😊
You should definitely try AirFrance business class sometime ! ;)
Great video, Josh (C. 18 for the answer btw.). The price and its distance to the economy offering make a big difference here, I'd say. At $200 this was obviously excellent value (how much was economy & was this your total inc. checked luggage & food?), at $350+ probably not so much.
Two things that are not so good about Air Asia are:
A. getting assistance if something has gone wrong (f.e. one day at KUL their system was done and the airline reviewer could not check in for his flight to Honolulu via Osaka and they demanded he pay $400 for rebooking and refused to pay for accommodation, even though it had been 100% Air Asia's fault - this took some serious insisting to fix and mirrors experiences I've had with them).
B. should they re-time your flight significantly and you decide to ask for the refund you are entitled to under that condition, it will take at least 90 days for the refund to show up on your CC, while other airlines can manage it after about 14 days.
C.18 great review as per usual!
Great video.. Just started following your channel because of the the amazing content ! Keep going . .
Also the answer to the question is 18 :)
Hi Josh, love your videos! The answer to the questions is 18. Keep up the great work
Whoa that's a decent review by you. And surprised that there's even quiz to this review. Just trying my luck on it. The answer is c, 18 players
It must be 18, even though I live in Sydney I don’t watch AFL/NRL, I’d love that amenity kit
The answer is C. 18. Great review.
What gears do u use like camera or gimbal?
i like it this plane
C. 18 Players! Keep up the video reviews :)
Your videos are just great and amazing
C : 18 onfiled ,
Thank You Josh Cahill
The answer is definitely c.18 great vid by the way
Looks like a great deal!
I flown many many many times with this airline. They are not neither good nor bad at all. Overall speaking cabin crew are always good, but the ground staff sometimes can drive you mad. 1/ I book many flights and meals sometimes, and forgot which one is which meal. One time I felt cold and wish to have something hot to drink. I asked the crew whether I can switch to a hot coffee when she put a packed water on my table, the answer is a firm NO. I think the crew really keep onboard inventory counts very seriously in order to match the computer record. 2/ Although I printed my BP once the online checkin completed, upon document check they still replace the BP with a new one, so whats the point to ask passenger to print? 3/. One time I was travelling with my wife and I put my small pouch in her hand carry. Total weight was exceed by 1kg (8kgs). We explained that we were together and as our seats were together. "No, you have to take something out" well, ok...Once we passed that check point I just put it back to its original place . I have to emphasis the check point was manned by AirAsia staff, truly don't understand what's their rationale to make trouble for their passenger sometimes. 4/. When you are queuing up at the checkin counter waiting for your turn, the staff on the "staff checkin counter" usually doing nothing but chitchatting while waiting for a staff to check in. Trust their staff benefits might be so good.
you are the good youtube traveller
There are 18 players on the filed for each team in Aussie Rules football.
business class on Air Asia X is even cheaper than standard economy class on normal airlines
Flown AirAsia and AirAsiaX several times. Did the old KLIA old terminal to Seoul South Korea in the 2015as it was a night flight, I paid USD120 extra for the almost flat bed.
Excellent value for money, and indeed the food was good.
c is the answer. hope to be selected cheers! have a nice journey.
