I’m new to this…. Two years ago I lost three very important people ugh my dad died from Covid pneumonia. My 18 year-old son was shot and killed two days before new year and two months later my mom passed and I was completely devastated I lost myself for a while and now I’m trying to pick the pieces up. I have a 13 year-old son that I love more than anything. Such a strong guy because he lost them too I’ve never been one that handles death that well. Please pray for me. There are a lot of different ideas about the "third eye" or the 6th chakra. You don't necessarily need to listen to anything to open your "third eye" if you don't want to. The "third eye" is not something that just lets you see ghosts or have visions, although it can. "Opening the third eye" simply means you "see all truths". That means if you believe in ghosts, you will see ghosts (if one is there). If you believe you will see colors, you will see colors. If you believe you will see nothing, you'll see nothing. It has to do with recognizing what beliefs you have inside you and to accept them, both what you consider good and bad. When you resist or fight a belief, whether yours (I'm not like that, or I don't believe that, or I don't like or accept that) or someone else's (arguing against someone else's beliefs as being wrong or not possible), you are denying all truths. Therefore, you cannot "see" that point of view. Everything (not just everyone) has its own point of view, and therefore, they represent their truths. If you only accept your point of view, then you cannot "see" from the greater perspective, and thus your "third eye" is closed since you're only accepting those of your perspective and/or physical eyes ("I only accept what I can see with my own two eyes"). You reject that which you do not wish to see. This is why you do not see ghosts, or angels, or aliens, other's perspective, etc. Opening your third eye simply means you accept all perspectives, all beliefs, and all possibilities, regardless of whether you perceive or experience it. From this, you "know", because you accept all possibilities and therefore you "see" the universe as it is. This creates unity and Oneness, because you accept everything as having validity. If you want to open your "third eye", you don't need meditation or binaural sounds. Just stop judging and start recognizing everything is a part of the infinite possibilities. These meditations and sounds is meant to help relax us away from intellectual judgement of everything. It allows for creativity and imagination, which is removing the veil of ignorance. Having the veil of ignorance is to only accept that which you intellectually accept as truths. [Update] To clarify, accepting all beliefs does not mean accepting all beliefs as your own. It means you allow all beliefs to exist, even if you don't personally believe it. When I say don't argue, I mean don't try to make them believe your belief. I wasn't trying to say you can't have a disagreement. I did not intend to imply that anyone can, should, or must do or not do anything. I believe everyone has their own free-will to choose whatever they want to do. Also, I'm not saying "believe what I believe", nor am I saying "I have the way". If I point out a different perspective, that does not mean I'm saying you're wrong. It's just sharing a different perspective. What I am saying is, if you want to "open your third eye", which you don't have to because you automatically use your "third eye" and all of your other chakras to varying degrees all the time, but if you believe you aren't at all, then you have to start by allowing for all possibilities. You can't say "I want to open my third eye" while also saying "you must do this and this" or "you can't do that or that". That automatically limits you to what is possible for you. If you believe the "third eye" is tied to this organ or that organ or this experience or that experience, then that is your beliefs. Allow for more than just those narrow viewpoints and you will begin to understand those beliefs that limit you, which is "opening your third eye". This does not mean your beliefs are wrong. It simply means they are limiting you to a specific perspective. Hence the need to believe in techniques and rituals. Some people believe the pineal gland is the gateway to the "third eye". This is a materialists perspective of cause and effect. This is why people believe that affecting the pineal gland affects your "third eye". In reality, you allow for experience by allowing more possibilities first. That is why someone would take DMT or any other drugs, so they can experience something out of the ordinary. They allow that possibility first, even if it's just "let's see". From that, the physical reacts. All cause and effect starts from the non-physical, just as our body's actions start from the mental which is non-physical. Again, this is simply my perspective. You don't have to agree or change anything, just as I don't have to accept other beliefs as my own. I do not see beliefs as facts, therefore they do not hold more authority over my freedom to choose. I can choose which beliefs I want to live by. I try not to deny any beliefs because that denies portions of my own self. One last point about beliefs. Beliefs are not thoughts. Many people ask "if I believe blah blah, will it happen?" That is not beliefs. It's called "wishful thoughts" because they are thoughts. A belief is what you do because it is automatic. You react to your beliefs. Why do you get calm or happy or cry or get scared in situations? You didn't have to think about it. You reacted, because your beliefs are so strong. When your beliefs are weak, you have to think about it. If you find yourself thinking and reasoning, then it is not a strong belief. The point about "faith" is that faith is a trust, and trust does not require thinking or reasoning or justifying about it. You just naturally do. If you can make your belief so strong that you just act without thought on that belief, then you know it is a part of you rather than a thought from you. Think of the strength of a belief in terms of energy. The stronger the belief, the more concentrated the energy to manifest; the weaker the belief, the weaker the energy. Mental thought beliefs are relatively weak compared to beliefs that allow you to act on conviction and weakest compared to beliefs that allow you to be (for example, choosing to experience physical reality).

Does this mean then like you could deny laws of physic? For example could you walk through walls if you believed in it? Do you deny the concept we created which is "real"? How can you know if your belief has impact on this reality or not? If you believed in aura probably you could see a mind state of a person, is it same with wall or you would just hurt yourself imagining you are going through? Maybe belief = perceiving, but not experiencing if it's not meant to be. Please explain more about " if you believe - you will see ".

I swear people, I love meditation. It has helped me through some of the most difficult obstacles. We are super beings that possess mental powers. Your mind becomes your guidance, your light and voice. I recall many of times when my brain would speak clearly. The thought becomes voice in a sense. It's weird. But I love it

I started crying, I was thinking of my past and how I felt so weak. I was pleading for guidance and strength from my ancestors. I told them I am open and I listen to their messages. I hope to hear from them soon.
This was an amazing experience! I went into a space where it was cold and I smell smoke 💨 I ask for love and light and to remove all negative blockages. I massage my 3rd eye and did some deep breathing while I was meditating.

The Teacher will spend max of the time on his practice (for yoga it mostly means meditations), while false teacher just want your money for to spend on something in most cases not related to teaching at all. If you see a person spending a lot of time on his appearance, clothes. Constantly travels to regions and countries with paid lectures. Picking up crowds of students. That is almost 100% that we are talking about a false teacher. You can also pay attention to the teacher’s family. If the teacher has a husband / wife, children - then with high probability it is again just another false teacher. Because yoga teach to avoid to have a strong connections with other people. For the Teacher, his school and his students are his family.

I’ve been listening to a bunch of videos to help me focus or uplift my mood. I have to say this is the first one I’ve come across that has completely made my entire body feel like I was just lifted up in air. I have ADHD and I am 19 years old.. I never get up on time and I’ve been taken off my medication to help me focus and this has completely changed my life. I have so much trouble waking up and listening to videos like this has helped me wake up on my own. I read about opening the third eye and the dangers but you can’t show fear to the things you see! That’s makes them stronger. I question a lot of things about life but I have a very open mind and this just makes me feels ways I can’t explain.

There are a lot of different ideas about the "third eye" or the 6th chakra. You don't necessarily need to listen to anything to open your "third eye" if you don't want to. The "third eye" is not something that just lets you see ghosts or have visions, although it can. "Opening the third eye" simply means you "see all truths". That means if you believe in ghosts, you will see ghosts (if one is there). If you believe you will see colors, you will see colors. If you believe you will see nothing, you'll see nothing. It has to do with recognizing what beliefs you have inside you and to accept them, both what you consider good and bad. When you resist or fight a belief, whether yours (I'm not like that, or I don't believe that, or I don't like or accept that) or someone else's (arguing against someone else's beliefs as being wrong or not possible), you are denying all truths. Therefore, you cannot "see" that point of view. Everything (not just everyone) has its own point of view, and therefore, they represent their truths. If you only accept your point of view, then you cannot "see" from the greater perspective, and thus your "third eye" is closed since you're only accepting those of your perspective and/or physical eyes ("I only accept what I can see with my own two eyes"). You reject that which you do not wish to see. This is why you do not see ghosts, or angels, or aliens, other's perspective, etc. Opening your third eye simply means you accept all perspectives, all beliefs, and all possibilities, regardless of whether you perceive or experience it. From this, you "know", because you accept all possibilities and therefore you "see" the universe as it is. This creates unity and Oneness, because you accept everything as having validity. If you want to open your "third eye", you don't need meditation or binaural sounds. Just stop judging and start recognizing everything is a part of the infinite possibilities. These meditations and sounds is meant to help relax us away from intellectual judgement of everything. It allows for creativity and imagination, which is removing the veil of ignorance. Having the veil of ignorance is to only accept that which you intellectually accept as truths.
[Update] To clarify, accepting all beliefs does not mean accepting all beliefs as your own. It means you allow all beliefs to exist, even if you don't personally believe it. When I say don't argue, I mean don't try to make them believe your belief. I wasn't trying to say you can't have a disagreement. I did not intend to imply that anyone can, should, or must do or not do anything. I believe everyone has their own free-will to choose whatever they want to do. Also, I'm not saying "believe what I believe", nor am I saying "I have the way". If I point out a different perspective, that does not mean I'm saying you're wrong. It's just sharing a different perspective.
What I am saying is, if you want to "open your third eye", which you don't have to because you automatically use your "third eye" and all of your other chakras to varying degrees all the time, but if you believe you aren't at all, then you have to start by allowing for all possibilities. You can't say "I want to open my third eye" while also saying "you must do this and this" or "you can't do that or that". That automatically limits you to what is possible for you. If you believe the "third eye" is tied to this organ or that organ or this experience or that experience, then that is your beliefs. Allow for more than just those narrow viewpoints and you will begin to understand those beliefs that limit you, which is "opening your third eye". This does not mean your beliefs are wrong. It simply means they are limiting you to a specific perspective. Hence the need to believe in techniques and rituals.
Some people believe the pineal gland is the gateway to the "third eye". This is a materialists perspective of cause and effect. This is why people believe that affecting the pineal gland affects your "third eye". In reality, you allow for experience by allowing more possibilities first. That is why someone would take DMT or any other drugs, so they can experience something out of the ordinary. They allow that possibility first, even if it's just "let's see". From that, the physical reacts. All cause and effect starts from the non-physical, just as our body's actions start from the mental which is non-physical. Again, this is simply my perspective. You don't have to agree or change anything, just as I don't have to accept other beliefs as my own. I do not see beliefs as facts, therefore they do not hold more authority over my freedom to choose. I can choose which beliefs I want to live by. I try not to deny any beliefs because that denies portions of my own self.
One last point about beliefs. Beliefs are not thoughts. Many people ask "if I believe blah blah, will it happen?" That is not beliefs. It's called "wishful thoughts" because they are thoughts. A belief is what you do because it is automatic. You react to your beliefs. Why do you get calm or happy or cry or get scared in situations? You didn't have to think about it. You reacted, because your beliefs are so strong. When your beliefs are weak, you have to think about it. If you find yourself thinking and reasoning, then it is not a strong belief. The point about "faith" is that faith is a trust, and trust does not require thinking or reasoning or justifying about it. You just naturally do. If you can make your belief so strong that you just act without thought on that belief, then you know it is a part of you rather than a thought from you. Think of the strength of a belief in terms of energy. The stronger the belief, the more concentrated the energy to manifest; the weaker the belief, the weaker the energy. Mental thought beliefs are relatively weak compared to beliefs that allow you to act on conviction and weakest compared to beliefs that allow you to be (for example, choosing to experience physical reality).

This was an amazing experience! I went into a space where it was cold and I smell smoke 💨 I ask for love and light and to remove all negative blockages. I massage my 3rd eye and did some deep breathing while I was meditating.
I channeled for about 13 minutes with an alien for about but only 5-10 seconds. I smiled a lot and was extremely happy to see it. wonderful, felt like a phone call. thanks for the video and the sounds.

Its easy to divide the false teachers from Teachers. The Teacher will spend max of the time on his practice (for yoga it mostly means meditations), while false teacher just want your money for to spend on something in most cases not related to teaching at all.
If you see a person spending a lot of time on his appearance, clothes. Constantly travels to regions and countries with paid lectures. Picking up crowds of students. That is almost 100% that we are talking about a false teacher. You can also pay attention to the teacher’s family. If the teacher has a husband / wife, children - then with high probability it is again just another false teacher. Because yoga teach to avoid to have a strong connections with other people. For the Teacher, his school and his students are his family.

I’ve been listening to a bunch of videos to help me focus or uplift my mood. I have to say this is the first one I’ve come across that has completely made my entire body feel like I was just lifted up in air. I have ADHD and I am 19 years old.. I never get up on time and I’ve been taken off my medication to help me focus and this has completely changed my life. I have so much trouble waking up and listening to videos like this has helped me wake up on my own. I read about opening the third eye and the dangers but you can’t show fear to the things you see! That’s makes them stronger. I question a lot of things about life but I have a very open mind and this just makes me feels ways I can’t explain.

Ancient people of India did this meditation to reciev the positive energy they are the proof . Bad soul are negativity which remain away if you are a pure soul. So stop thinking about negative things hope for the best
@@khushboosahu2989 I know Hindu people very like to open this eye. They call 7 kunda in my country there are some people open this already n 5 people are occupied by a few bad souls. Therefore not any thing is completely bad or completely good. It depends on karma of individual before deciding open this eye. I am Buddhist so I believe in reincarnation n karma. But going into something like this or deeper meditation level need a good teacher to guide. Opening n closing is not so difficult but how to use n control it is a important lesson to think n learn

Always listening to this while lying on my accupressure mat (shakti mat) and always falling asleep after 5 minutes. I don't know why but this frequency is getting me every time, I love it, always a good recharge 🙏❤️
So I started doing this
I put a blind fold on,closed my eyes and layer down
And put my attention to my 3rd eye
2 minutes into this I was in a tunnel and to my right there was people and animals that are out of the tunnel
I instantly opened my eyes and stopped the video. I just felt emotional aswell🙆♂️

No começo você faz de olhos abertos e conforme a sensação se tornar mais intensa, você os fecha e direciona sua total atenção ao movimento. Nesta etapa é normal sentir sensações como estar completamente desvinculado do corpo; sentir que está leve, como se a flutuar; sentir enorme pressão intracraniana; sensações de energia jorrando pela testa, entre várias outras. Recomendo, apenas, estar atento a qualquer sintoma relacionado a dor, pois esta é uma prática que deve ser feita com aquela intenção de brincadeira, sem forçar ou querer ir além dos limites. Quanto mais respeitar, melhor para você e para o avanço da mesma.
Depois de sentir seu terceiro olho aberto, ou ter passado aproximados 5 minutos de movimentação, o passo seguinte consiste em visualizar um globo ocular dentro desta região. Bom, imaginar é muito simples, mas você precisará dar vida a este olho, como se fosse de fato um terceiro-olho físico. Para isso, visualize-o em movimento, como se estivesse se vendo de frente. Pisque-o e sinta cada movimento como se isso não fosse uma mera técnica, mas uma realidade. Quanto mais próximo da convicção, mais intenso será a desenvoltura do processo.
Já vi e ouvi relatos de que esta é uma das técnicas mais poderosas quando bem aplicada. Alguns chegam a comentar que, durante o processo de ativação, é possível ouvir, sim, ouvir, em um plano de fundo distante, como se fosse um outro mundo, com vozes distorcidas que mesclam mulheres, homens, crianças e ruídos. Nada disso é relacionado a coisas ruins.
