I just wanted to drop in and let you know how incredibly valuable your podcast is. The way you break down complex topics is truly impressive and makes it so much easier for listeners to understand. By the way, I think it would be fantastic if you could feature an episode in the future about importing products to the Indian market. It would be great to have someone knowledgeable explain the process of importing ready products or components and shed some light on the certifications we need to comply with for a successful launch. Your podcast has already proven to be a reliable source of information, so having an episode dedicated to this topic would be a tremendous help for anyone interested in entering the Indian market. Plus, your ability to simplify things and make them accessible to your audience would undoubtedly make this episode a hit! Keep up the amazing work, and I'm excited to see what valuable content you'll bring to your audience in the future. You're doing an exceptional job, and your dedication to providing high-quality information is truly commendable.

Nice Podcast with Manish. You discussed a whole lot of issues including the international scenario working presently. Catch word was to be a differentiator and try to get more gold than silver in your business endeavor. Great!
Hi, first time watching this episode, and mesmerized is the only word I can use, as being a marketing trainer, can connect with the each and every concept and painpoints too, will be really happy if you will do such type of podcast for service industries too, as India is basically known as market leader in it. ❤
Hey,Thanks for this. There is much that I can implement in my own brand. I always get lots of insights while listening to your podcasts. Keep it up. Its better than any paid event.
Hello Mr Raj, thanks you for this amazing podcast. But can you add subtitles like what we saw in the beginning of the video that will make it easy for us the internationale viewers to watch.
A great thanks to Raj for the podcasts. I am catching up on all of them. I truly appreciate the kind of topics being discussed on these podcasts. Informative and enlightening. Once again, congratulations for figuring this out Raj. While listening to this podcast, I would like to share a few things of my own. One, on the segment of DP’s 82E, where Manish rightly talks about giving it sometime to DP to grow her brand. My take on 82E’s performance is slightly different. 82E is clearly positioned to cater not to the mass but to niche set of audience. What I noticed is they run heavy promotions (30%-35% off) frequently. Now, one you are trying to focus on niche customers, and on the other hand you are running discounts often, which I think is depreciating the brand perception. For example, Forest Essentials (FE) was founded in early 2000s and their target audience is also niche. However, FE never runs discounts on their products. They provide ‘spend and receive’ offers, such as shop for x amount and get y as a gift during special occasions such Diwali, or Durga Puja, etc. Like Manish said, all old luxury brands are 80-90 yrs old and that is true. But, they never run heavy promotions or discounts. Because offering generous discounts on luxury items is not perceived as luxury anymore. Second, when Manish says “nobody buys premium sanitary pads, because nobody talks about it. It’s not a talk worth thing. It will never sell premium”. My take on it is, sanitary pads fall under the category of consumables and it is a necessity, whereas beauty products are not. One cannot price daily commodities higher than the market average. I think this is the primary reason why sanitary pads are not priced expensive, and not because it is not a thing to show off and is restricted to be used in the bathroom.
Amazing insights and I loved this way of podcasting where you’re specifically sharing deep knowledge of one specific industry, I think you should do these more often..!! Also, a big thank you for bringing in the value able knowledge..!!❤️

Hi, first time watching this episode, and mesmerized is the only word I can use, as being a marketing trainer, can connect with the each and every concept and painpoints too, will be really happy if you will do such type of podcast for service industries too, as India is basically known as market leader in it. ❤

I would definitely love these types of podcasts related to beauty
Very inspiring and motivating, i like your guests Mr. Manish
