There isnt anything official for the names other than fingerspelling. A lot of sign language is having to guess what the person meant as it takes a lot of time to sign everything unless both you and the people you are talking to can keep up with signing fast which is hard to do. Most people use the fewest words possible to make things easier and the other person just fills it in. Example: Hey im really hungry, do you want to go eat at Red Robins? Translates to, (tap) me hungry, we go eat red bird?(eyebrows up because it's a question) Because many words in ASL dont have a direct transation you have to fingerspell. Most people will kinda make up or combine signs that get the idea across like how they made a circles on their heads for micky. Gets the point across much easier.
This is probably the parks chosen signs for them. To get a sign name, it must be give by someone from the Deaf community. Usually it your first initial and a dominant trait, or a brief description of the person. Beyond that names must be fingered spelled
I'm sorry but I wouldn't listen to 2 hearing interpreter making decision for my community. They really should have gotten a deaf person to do that. At the very least a disclaimer that says where they got that sign from. For me it feels very dismissive of those signs that are already out there. I have seen so many creative name signs that fits better than what they came up with.
I was at Disneyland just last weekend and was desperately trying to find these signs online. Thank you for posting this!

The one he used for Anna is the one I’ve seen for Rapunzel. Anna is supposed to be 2 hands I think? (Cuz she has two braids)
