I love the point you made about having different needs in different seasons and honoring/listening to our bodies. I think this is where a lot of diets fail, they are not sustainable and don’t teach you to listen to your body (in fact you typically have to ignore it).
Thank you for the reminder Jess about eating and not skipping. I find myself so busy in the mornings I don’t eat breakfast till almost 12:30 somedays🤦♀️ need to get better at that.

I really appreciated your discussion about changing nutrition needs! I’ve been gluten and dairy free for years to manage hashis but I’m feeling recently like the pros of eating some high quality dairy might outweigh the cons. I’m newly 40 and I feel like I need the additional calcium and protein high quality dairy provides (along with the other nutrients it provides!). I’ve been so rigid about it but currently reevaluating based on life stage (and two kids!)
This is so perfect 🤩 Do you ever have bad days that you want to eat bag of chips or something unhealthy? I guess if it’s not in panty there are no cravings for something like that 😁
