I started college in fall 2002. I came down from NY knocking G-Unit mixtapes HEAVY. Basically all I listened to was G-Unit tapes and Budden (focus, NBA, haters, etc).
My roommate was from Atlanta.. FIRST thing this dude played when we settled in was T.I. first album. I hated off top when he put the CD in but no lie.. midway through the first damn song (still ain't forgave myself) I was like burn me a copy of that.
Both these guys had amazing runs. I like Tip over 50 myself..
Power of a Dollar was nice as well.
