A lot of people mistake her whistle with her head voice, she can go really deep in whistle, some people think that it starts to C6, whistle doesn't have a real limit for example I can go down to G#5 in the whistle register
You can absolutely go down below C6 in whistle. She doesn't though. Not often anyways. Most of these are still the M2 laryngeal vibratory mechanism so NOT whistle.

i’m still learning how to do whistles, the lowest i’ve gone is like a G6 before it breaks into head voice
