It's awesome to see someone of your skill helping out with these guides for some of us lesser skilled players (DR B currently), it's much appreciated with your amount of detail. Thanks man! 🙏 And honestly, this is the first car I went to because I knew the top speed prowess of this machine 😎
Yes! This was my car of choice after testing all of the relevant cars out with my PSVR2 and driving style I found the most success with the Nissan. I've had some great races and appreciate you posting your tips and advice on how to master this machine this week.
I love it when it comes together like that, I'm stoked we chose the same car. I bet it's incredible in VR, isn't it? I'm glad it helps my friend, thank you!
Great vid Cy! Always learn so much from your vids, and I probably won't even do this race this week. Your commentary is so valuable in dealing with tracks, other drivers and strats... and, I especially like the use of the word "efficacy"😁
Thank you very much brother! Your comments always mean a lot to me because I've always seen you as a peer/competitor. It's really kind and I appreciate it very much. I'm glad you caught that I snuck in efficacy!! Haha ☺️
All of these Group Cs have their own unique trait to them. R92 has the highest top speed, Porsche has the best acceleration and brakes, Sauber has the best handling, Jag...has a really cool color scheme (seriously, they need to buff my favorite Group C). Madza is the ultimate jack of all trades though. Pretty much a very close 2nd best in every category aside from handling where i think the Porsche is slightly better, and it has the best tire wear
Le mans Group 1... sigh once again Group C cars, i seriously dont like the idea of grouping Group C, LMP1/LMH and VGTs into one. They should have done Group 1 (GroupC), Group 1(Prototype and Hypercar) and Group 1 (VGT) as 3 individual groups and use either one each time Its been quite a while for me to comment in Anti-Meta videos tho, but I dont do Group 1 is because the cars are too extreme, either too much HP and causing so much wheelspin, or just too much aero for me to handle. Group 2 is already the max that i can do
I was typing this while watching the video so imma add sth more: Social engineering This is actually the first time that I have heard this term, and being actually used to refer to making good connections with the drivers xD I think the reason why this increases the difficulty of the strategy is that it can ruin ur physical pitstop strategy. If u are in a toll/help with 1 car u get the slipstream which can cancel out the time loss for having (slightly) worse tires while overcutting, that is if the one that is undercutting (with newer tires) does not have a friend to help him out. Its like the Daytona round in the last Manufacturers Cup, if u undercut u are under the risk of getting traffic/losing speed in going alone, if u overcut then u are gonna risk ur tires and need to trust ur buddies (At least this was my thinking during my round)
Ah man no worries, I will say I encourage you to push when you can, it's so rewarding to be able to drive cars like these. I think it's natural though, and eventually you'll try, it's a LOT of fun.
@sorjarwai4257 this is why it's so much fun, hahaha - There are so many things that can happen, it's all like playing multiple different games with the same opponents simultaneously.
