i think it all depends on personality and health. If you are blessed with a beard that suits your face and grows even and full, then work on it and make the most of it, otherwise it's not a big deal. Some men look better without a beards, clean and younger. Some others look better with a beard.

I've noticed beards are more popular in the United States and the Middle East, but less popular in Europe, East Asia, and most parts of Latin America. In the rest of the World it varies.
Yeah. The US brought back the beard. I think it varies throughout but mainly due to some ethnicities not being able to grow beards.
