Short version: Israel is perpetuating a genocide against Palestine. The US is complicit and is in fact sending billions of our tax dollars to Israel in the form of weapons and other military aid. The genocide is being perpetuated because the people of Israel, who are not the native people of the region and were put there after WW2, believe they own all of the land that Palestine is in. The people of Palestine have lived there... forever, and have the true claim to the land. Israel shouldn't have the land they currently do, but they want to turn Palestine into fresh land they can develop. It's sickening. Genocide for money, oldest story there is.
