Yeah the puzzle just assumes you know binary. There's a small device that can help on the floor though

The phone passcode was annoying. I wasn't sure if I was missing something or the game just had a flaw. This guys very good though. He even called "&" ampersand.

i know this is late but look at the email where you have to enter the password and you will see, a quarter of a circle, a circle, and a triangle or something and you have to look at the tables where the computer screens are and input the password in the order of the email

Never mind what I did was glitch the game by doing the other stuff first and the game got confused and decided to only work by me restarting the game

You have to have all of the numbers revealed already, you can't skip to the code if you haven't pulled down the 57

I still don't understand the +- triangle puzzle on the monitor in the locked room.

Hint is at 3:03. Mix + side and - side using arrow as clue.

You have to combine the two sides on the dry erase board. They both only show half the puzzle and you have to bring them together.

The shape of lock on safe exactly the same as the bookshelf it stands on. Just repeat the arrangement of books there.
