I love this build. Inspiration indeed. I’m wanting a 4 door with the RB20, and believe I’ll be happy with that out of a Skyline. GTR would obviously be nice but they are money. Got too many American cars to be able to do that rationally lol
I also have an rb20det r32, I have a custom dump pipe, 3 inch straight through exhaust to 4 inch rps muffler but it doesn't sound anywhere near as nice as yours. How do I achieve that beautiful tone man!
+D. P.S (DPSVideos) The closest thing I've found is an old Apex'I twin chamber valve. It's mostly that loud because a mic is placed really close to it.
+Skittles It has one, just has a stiffer spring or tighter setting that only allows it to open under higher boost, thats why you'll get one big scream and then flutters once enough pressure releases and the valve closes back up. I think it's partly that loud because one of the mics is placed inside or near the motor. That's why the in car footage has a more realistic sound, not like an eagle is on your shoulder lol
@@jq8792 yea I'm in the process of hot tanking the block and head to clean it all out before I put it in my 280z so it wont be ready to be tuned for a few more months 🤞
+yaz Y In the UK Skylines are quite abundant, so a stock looking GTST R32 with RB20 and 400hp, coupled with lightweight chassis and no 4wd loss, is a sleeper compared to a lairy looking R34 GTR with Aero and 600hp :) My opinion any how thanks for watching bro

Kurt M You're right there. A mate of mine use to kick his hard as hell and I have no idea how it survived. I mean they're old engines as well.
to understand you gotta open up an rb20 and look at the internals, the conrods are so short its quite hard to get them to break

+blake smith Stock gearbox 98 RON super unleaded no E85. Just a HX35 and 1.4 bar I think, Syvecs stand alone ECU.
