But why does it take a news report to get some action? Why were the complaints not enough for the AG to investigate.
Good. I’m glad they got caught.
Agreed. Nissan dealerships are a total ripping off people that just need a car.
Next is Toyota I purchased 4 cars from them big scammers the manage a Latino woman no good she fired the black guy Damian when they old owner left n she became the new manager you know they sleep around the bosses
Im glad🙏🙏🤩 This is what news reporters should do. Report news accurately and investigate
If you gave back the money you admitted wrongdoing
How about KIA dealerships?
It's going on all across the country.
Shame on them. Most dealerships love to prey on people who lack knowledge about car buying procedures.
If you think Nissan was the only brand doing this, there will be more payouts from other dealerships and not just Nissan.
A dealer just tried to charge me $3,200 ABOVE sticker for an "appearance fee" on a new car quote. The salesperson couldn't explain what it was. I bounced.....
Nissan should get a fee from Toyota for that. I was leasing Nissans for years, but thanks to that stupid move I went with Toyota. To loose a good customer for being greedy beyond any sense...
Great investigative work.
See! This is what news reporting is about. Kudos!!
Great news. But what about Honda & Toyota ? During pandemic every one overcharged in the day light. Nissan was charging very less . Why no one is saying about Honda & Toyota ?
Now get them for crappy transmissions
This same Attorney General helped a dealership rob my wife and I by notifying them of our allegations before gathering any evidence so they were able to remove the evidence from the internet before I found it. So it's safe to say I'm not a fan of Mrs James.
Teddy Nissan
What about Honda?
Should have never bought a nissan in the first place..=/
I’ve never had any issues with my 2015 Nissan Altima not one I have 0 issues only simple things like my mane door switch for the windows needed a changed 😔
@@empressnigeria Had a friend with the exact same car. He swore by it too, but his transmission went out just like the rest of them.
There's nothing wrong with Nissan as a car, the dealerships are franchise businesses that work on their own...
@@dikoman516 Their cvt transmission is crap too
Just dont do business with nissan
Even before the pandemic, I just feel Nissan dealerships have the sleaziest people working there.
I'll see your Nissan and raise you a Kia and Hyundai.
@@iSlandeRon I also ran into some seedy Toyota dealers.
What about Nissan transmission failures?
Great investigation . you are the best
Rockaway Nissan as well. My original car cost 23,00 for lease in 2021. Try to finance it after lease was over and with so called fees and more they tried to charge me another 25,000 for the next 6 years. Total I would pay for a 2021 Nissan Sentra with 35,000 miles would be like 37,000. Told me that I got a good deal.😂 I am returning the car. Scammm
Can we get a list of these bogus fees so that the rest of us dont get taken advantage of?
more investigation on the way !!!
I got to return my lease next month. I hope they don’t cheat me.
what about Hyundai?
It not only Nissan others to Honda and Acura.
Investigate empire Hyundai as well
What ass these dealers are. Not admitting to doing anything wrong BUT they are going to pay out. Citizens of New York do not give any of these dealers your business. Maybe then they will learn. We need more states with stronger consumer protection laws.
Good! Now go after the Kia and Hyundai dealers.
screw nissan, and honda, and carmax
Ninaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!!! thank you
