@@valeryt1997 It may be a big deal to some. If I can't get a signal in the U.S., I'd be more "into the design" if the dial didn't say Radio Controlled and the inner chapter ring didn't say RX and No. It's a waste of space IMO if a feature of the watch is non-functioning. It's like having sportscar with the letter "T" on the back (for Turbo) and the Turbo doesn't work or buying a new car and the radio doesn't get a signal. If you're that much into the design...do you.

I've had a pretty good look at Citizen's quartz line, and this has emerged as one of the more interesting options. I'm also eyeing the "Tsuki-yomi A-T" BY1010-57H.
By the way, I've got several watches that can receive the signal from Fort Collins, but I decided not to bother with that since I have to leave watches by the window overnight to get reception. Instead, I use an app on my phone to keep track of how my watches are running, and if a watch tends to run a bit fast, I'll set it behind, and if it runs slow, I'll set it ahead. The _amount_ that I'll set it behind (or ahead) depends on how _quickly_ it gains (or loses) time. I have a Hamilton PSR that gains about 0.9 seconds per month, so it can be set 5 seconds behind & it'll be _very_ close to the correct time for ~1 year. If a watch gains about half a second per day (~15 seconds/month), I might set it a whole minute behind to have it within 1 minute of actual time for ~8 months. I still really appreciate solar quartz (and quartz in general) but I find manual setting is most practical and convenient.

    • @vonkruel

I did buy one and I'm so happy with it. The H100 is great and the whole design of the watch is great. My wrist size is ~19.50cm and I got a perfect fit right out of the box, with the clasp at its tightest setting. It's as if they made this watch for me. 😀

All my watches are titanium and quartz (which I prefer). Casio Oceanus S100 black dial & T150 ice blue dial. I have been wanting green, red and blue dials watches -- preferably in titanium. The radio control in the US is kind of a deal break. I'd rather just have the watch without that feature and thinner. I also think the numbers are too large. Considering the new BM7570‑80L instead.

Ojalá algún día podamos poder elegir entre el amplio catálogo de otras zonas, como el que muestro, solo disponible para el mercado japonés y que la distribución oficial en España no tiene. Una pena, pero yo lo voy a tener.

15 secs/month is what the manual says. You couldn't be bothered to check the actual timekeeping of your watch. Makes it look like you just borrowed the watch to make a vid and get clicks... 😮

"It's going to be a nightmare".....quoted at the 9:24 mark in this vid....truer words could not be spoken. The US version of the on line manual is completely worthless. Total waste of $.

I own the PMD56-2952, it gains TWO seconds per Month, and is EASY to manually adjust. It knows to go from 28th Feb to 1st March. And at Midnight spot on 12:00:00 the day/date takes 14 SECONDS to change over to the next day!!

Long drawn out video with too much "waffle" (yawn) and no demonstration on changing the day/date. Very disappointing on what should've been a fully comprehensive review.
