Hello Balaji chef I noticed that your distal phalanx on the Right index finger is short.Is it due to an accident? Sorry about that. This preparation of Potato fry and Rice may add to variety. But the potato fry goes well with coconut rice and lemon rice and sambar rice. As some one suggested add garlic with skin while sautéing. It adds another dimension. I think potato fry deserves separate video because it is a very very versatile side dish. Oh I forgot,Curd rice with potato fry is heaven.
