I actually shed a tear watching this, such dedication and passion. I thought to myself, what right do I have to do any less than Kai when he's come from so little. What right do I have to put an average effort into achieving my goals when I’ve got an opportunity to make a dream become a reality.
It was approximately two yrs ago when I witnessed treadmill confessions: "If the answer to that question is...U probably wouldnt have time 2 watch this blog." Then I sucked as a singer, but last Nov 7 I delivered a Kickass recital. Kai transcends bodybuilding! He shares so much powerful information, which inspires hundreds.
