What is it that you can love doing 7 days a week that will bring a smile to your face? You have to harness your will to say I am going to challenge myself. Sometimes I have to pull myself out of my bed and say C'mon get up. Things I know I should do I don't do, things I shouldn't do I do. I found that the biggest enemy you have to deal with is yourself. You've got to start saying YES to your life. You've got to start saying YES to your dreams, YES to your unfolding future, YES to your potential. Why not? Why not me? The secret to being succesfull at something you really wanna do is to try, try and continue keep trying. Until you succeed. If you are not willing to risk, you cannot grow. And if you cannot grow, you cannot become your best. And if you cannot become ur best, you cannot be happy. And if you cannot be happy than what else is there.... Eating, working out, sleeping, competing. Its gonna be painfull but i love it. Just never give up......
