@@SandhyaSingh-lj7rt hi I really have not been expert in it so i have no idea what must have went wrong in ur receipe. Though it happened with me too in the first attempt to making rasmalai but tgat time i followed some other receipe. I remember that time i used full cream milk and lot of oil was relased while kneading chena so maybe that us what went wrong in my receipe at that time. So i think u should just watch this video again... Try to note down each any every trick in this recipe maybe u will find out what went wrong. All the very best and do try again... U should try and try untill u succeed.... 👍
