Doodh chenna ke liye - 1 liter
vinegar / lemon juice - 2 tbsp
pani - 2-3 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Cheeni - 2 cup
Pani - 6 cups
Ice cubes - 10-12
Doodh Rabdi ke liye - 1/2 liter
Kesar - few strands
Elaichi ka powder - 1/4 tsp
Pista badam - thore bahut
Cheeni - 1/2 cup

This is one of the recipe that I've tried out of a lot of your recipes..
Humne yahi recipe banayi but for 1½ litres so adjusted the remaining ingredients according to your instructions.. Toned milk nai mila toh full cream use kiya by boiling it and then removing it's malai..
My mum made this many years ago for a competition with the help of a relative's recipe.. uske baad hamare gharme kal jaake banaya hai ye. Since it was a long time ago, my mum was a bit tensed but aapki recipe dikhane ke baad she was relieved. Unko aapki explanations and instructions behad pasand aayi.. Mujhe toh hamesha aatihi hai..
