And if watching her content brings you to a place of jealousy or resentment, then maybe you should just unfollow her and instead follow someone who you relate to better. Hi Lydia, if you get ill from cream and ice cream you must be lactose intolerant. My bf is lactose intolerant and its actually quite an easy thing to manage. When out and about go for vegan ice cream (99% of the time you wouldn't be able to taste the difference) or sorbet. In the house buy vegan cream for your dinners, its very handy you can keep it in your cupboards. You will still be able to eat hard cheeses like parmesan and cheddar but mozzarella/burrata is likely to make you ill unfortunately. Greek yogurt is usually low in lactose so you should be fine eating that too. Obviously milk is a no go. Hope this helps xxx

If your tummy hurt after a heavy cream based meal it sounds like you could lactose intolerant my daughter suffers from cramps etc after eating too much dairy. Love your vlogs.

Judging from Ali’s dishwasher loading I’m going to say he might have broken more of the old cups than the workmen in the house 😂! My brother-in-law lives with us and he’s broken multiple wedding gift glasses of ours because he’s so rough on things, so if that’s happened to you then I feel your pain girlfriend! 😩
