They wanted Aaliyah to act like yameii. The vocaloid is meant to attract grown adults who like anime and bright colors. Most of the people attracted to this type of content actually still look and feel like teenagers. I was a hatsune miku fan before I ever learned about yameii. He even put more clothes on the vocaloid to make her more appropriate. Honestly, it’s really great self protection. All parents need to understand that parental controls should be enabled on all of the devices that children have access to, to avoid confusion.
