FYI for british students, nothings basically changed for the most part. The law stated that mobile phones in schools were up to the school specifically. Most schools had banned them already, but some schools allowed students to have mobile phones out. This law banned all schools to allow students to be in their phones on site, however, students are allowed to keep their phone on them, just not use them and ensure they are on silent or switched off.
