I love that you included the kids at 1:27 haven't got a clue who they are but that try got an out loud Glasgow "YASS!" 🤣
It doesn’t seem as unusual in 7s because there’s so much more extra space.
yea happens often. 15s is impressive coz it shouldn't happen
Missed George Bridges try v Tonga in 2019, only took 6 seconds and Brad Shields v Bay of Plenty 2017 NPC final. Both very good kick off tries
That last one was just perfect in terms of the universe aligning everything... He tipped it but it wasn't good enough, he stretched to gather, was guaranteed to lose his footing after he recaught the ball, but in came the oppo 9.. knocked the guy back into the upright position, turns around and pushes himself back forward off the incoming defender...
Real enjoyment to watch that clip!
3:15 Bit of genius. A bit of magic. Sireli Bombo, very interesting, very good ja, very good.. Three cheers for Sireli Bombo. Very good, very good
Got a good chuckle out of this thanks!
Hmmm your comment... Lack of effort? Can't think it was a lack of effort, I'll have to think about it, think about it deeply..
What about Sam underhills try vs USA this summer. When Max Malins caught the ball and popped it to Underhill.
If you want a try from kickoff that wins the game and the NSW GPS schools championship in the dying seconds and ends in a chaotic pitch invasion, then this one is worth watching from 1:49 onward.

Direct from kick-off is not the same as direct from a restart! It's a whole lot rarer.
What about Exeter's try v Saracens in the 2019 final? It was like 23 seconds I think.
Will include it in a part two :)
@@AndrewDavidForde nice I'm looking forward to it
@@AndrewDavidForde Habana has one for the Bulls against the Blues if you need more clips for part 2
Isa Nacewa vs Ospreys Pro12 final 2012
Thank you, as waiting for this one to come up & it comes to mind every now & again but could never remember what match it was!
I always feel like including 7s in these compilations is kind of cheating. The two codes are too different to fairly compare.
just a vid tho
Dan Hipkiss for Tigers v Sarries in the 2010 final
Who would downvote this? 😭😂 Great work as usual, butt!
Butt? Typo or term of endearment? 🤔
@@just-dl Welsh term for 'mate'.
@@RLuke103 that’s what linguists call a “false cognitive.” Rather unfortunately....(of course, I call my closest friends worse than that...) 🤗 thanks for the vocabulary word!!!
Probably can't show it cos Super Rugby but Bryan Habana (Bulls v Blues, 2007).
Or 2004?
@@EllliotJackRussel1 Which one in '04?
Morgan williams at the end of the vid. Canadian legend!!!
That Welsh try vs England was class and I say that as an Englishman.
I remember the John Lesilie v Wales try.............To quote Max Boyce, "Cos I was there!"
I think scoring a try directly from kick off in union is much harder, than in 7s. I could live without the 7s filler footage.
1:27 Technically this was the most directly from kick off of all the tries.
If you turn on English CC the opening line of the video is "and we're underway in this booby match" lol
That last clip... was it not a knock on because he regained control? I thought I’d seen plays where it was juggled and caught but called back for a knock on. I’m sure there’s a nuance I’m missing.
The mighty Kenmore Bears at 1:30 v West’s Bulldogs
Here’s another one from the first kick of the game ruclips.net/video/GvMn2Fftjvo/видео.html
In part 2 add keagan Daniels try for the sharks in super rugby. It took 16 seconds. Can't remember who it was against, I think highlanders
I was looking out for it. I think it was the Blues, . Part of that incredible 7 year (I think) unbeaten streak we had against them.
No Dan Hipkiss? Best one ever as it retook the lead in the 78/79th minute of the final
Wait, is that the Kenmore Bears?
0:36 let's just all appreciate that the SJ was able to keep up.
In 80% of the cases the chasers were a good metre to 2 metres ahead of the kicker...lol
Kirwan famous try vs Italy was from kick-off right?
did that guy in the last one get knocked out?
Rugby League mention from this season - Quickest Super League Try ruclips.net/video/F6ELVdumDTc/видео.html
Why the completely unnecessary "music"?
Spoils what would otherwise be a good vid.
Some of the clips have no commentary and therefore would simply be no sound whatsoever, if that's what you prefer then you're perfectly welcome to just mute the video.
You missed John Kirwan's iconic try for the AB's against Italy in the 87' world cup. He sidestepped most of the Italian team.
You missed Richie Mo'unga magic vs. the Blues and Cheifs Tumua Manu vs crusaders try at fiji in 2019
South Africa vs France 2018 - Sbu Nkosi - 43 minutes on the clock.
Missing out the fastest ever try. Tyson Lewis playing for Doncaster Knights. Also Elliot Daly for Wasps v Zebre 🍻
No nic white try in premiership final
RG Snyman

(0:36)
bridge vs tonga 2019, julian savea this year in super rugby
Gloucesters first try vs london irish at brentford this season
4:06 forward pass?
In 2005 Habana scored a great try from kick off for the Bulls against the Blues. Not sure if you are able to use that.
Seem to remember that happening this year in the women's Prem 15s... can't remember the team off the top of my head though
1:32 the most professional job of sticking the points!
So no Bryan Habana for the Bulls against the Blues?
rugby 08, short kick to the right and run with a fast centre, easy try!
Last one was blatantly knocked forward
1:30 LOL i play for these guys!
Cheers Andrew, enjoyed that one massively 👍👍
5:14 the number 9 was out cold
How Bryan Habana can not be in here I do not know.
Tyson Lewis? Scored in 6 seconds
There is a world of difference between a seven aside kickoff and a 15 aside kick off. Both great but very different.
OOOOO very good !!
you missed the best one of them all. bryan habana against the blues team
You could include the england try verses the all black in like 2016 or something, but I'm not sure how soon after kick off it was but i know it was quick
England didn't play NZ between 2014 and 2018.
I think you mean Chris Ashton in 2018?
@@darthmong7196 mmm yeh maybe idk. I think I'm thinking of the one scored by Manu Tuilagi. Like his first try after his return (I think).
@@davidhall5838 he had loads of returns!!! He scored after a minute Vs NZ at the 2019 world cup?
@@darthmong7196 yeye that one. Cheers man
Player in front of the kicker 3:57 no try
Rugby action doesn't need a soundtrack. The crap music you added makes this unwatchable. The only possible way you could have made it worse was to do 'slow motion'. This had the potential to be a great video but you ruined it.
You can always just turn the sound off pal x
