oh I love the dynasty cream - glad you found it too (and it's also available in a tube); love the glow serum of the same brand (beauty of joseon) Love the Atobarrier 365 from Aestura - I use it as a night cream and it's soo nice and calming and moisturizing -> my new fave From Skin1004 I really like the pink ampoule (pore tighenting) and the brown one (madagascar centella) HaruHaru Bamboo Mist - very nice, even over make up, the mister is soooo fine :) If you're ever tempted to buy the Pyunkang Yul moisture cream - don't - in the first seconds it feels as good as the dynasty cream and then my face feels as if it's sweating and being suffocated underneath the cream, even if I'm using a fifth of the amount of cream I use of the dynasty cream -.-
Yeah its a bit overwhelming to know what's good in k-beauty. I suggest also looking at some k-beauty youtubers for research. I really like Tina Tanaka Harris, she's Australian and tests a lot of stuff out and reviews it. The brand Abib has some nice collagen masks though 😊
The color correcting cream from Dr. Jart and the Skin1004 products all have at least one ingredient in common, which is tiger grass, aka centella asiatica. Some other ingredients affiliated with tiger grass, which helps with redness and skin irritation is madecassoside, madecassic acid, or tiger grass extract. I've been using the MediHeal Madecassoside toner pads, Madecassoside sheet masks, and the Tony Moly Water Gel Cream (which contains centella asiatica) to help with redness and I'm definitely seeing a difference over the last year! (I'm oily-combo and deal with hormonal acne, this stuff has been great with healing acne scarring.) Also, fun fact: in Korean, the pronunciation of the number 1004 is similar to the word for "angel" so the brand is basically marketing "angel skin!"
Hi Hailey, centella asiatica is tiger grass. Skin 1004 ampoule are most concentrated and best brand. Centella is for redness etc. acute have a blue tansy oil
I went through the comments but didn't see anyone mention this. The Dynasty cream is from the brand Beauty of Jeoson. I just tried it a week ago and I also really like it. The texture is so nice and it is moisturising without being too much (I have oily skin...). I also like the SPF this brand makes, both in the tube and the stick form. I'd recommend Hada Labo. I tried their moisturiser and it's similar to the Dynasty cream, but they also have some richer moisturisers for very dry skin....
I never thought I’d hear you say you needed sheet masks 🤣 edit: I picked up a sample of FENTY ICON VELVET LIQUID LIPSTICK in Truth Fairy and I love love love it. It’s moussey and a little goes a LONG ass way no joke. As for skin shit, I rarely take care of myself ,but this summer I forced myself to use the Glow Recipe toner and that jelly watermelon stuff. I didn’t notice anything but I swear, every time I went out and bumped into someone I know, they told me how good my skin looked. Maybe I’ll follow your lead and sheet mask my way to perfection 😂
Definitely love the hair growth I formation! I’m a thin hair girl myself (believe it’s genetic as well,) but PCOS gives me some hair loss too and I’ve been trying things for a while now. It is better but getting the actual rosemary oil looks good 😊 thank you!
I gotta say that I did read somewhere that the biodance mask is quite a myth, it leaves a film on your face that gives you that “glass skin” look, which goes away once you wash it off. Hence the dramatic tiktok reviews. Let us know how it goes! ❤
I'm on accutane at the moment and found the Abib range really hydrating for me. Can recommend their eye creme, eye patches and the overnight mask jelly I use over my Vichy Mineral 89 hydrating serum, aloe vera toner, and whatever other moisturizer I have going at the time
The product that has helped my skin (combo, acne prone, rosacea) the most is the Ma:nyo Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule. It took 2 months to see the full benefits but my skin is now plumper and softer, my rosacea has noticeably calmed, and when I get acne (which doesn't happen as often) it heals faster. My skin feels and looks so much healthier, it is a Holy Grail status product for me.
Hi Hailey! I've been using a stem cell scalp serum by Act+Acre, a mini that I got at Sephora for points. I love this stuff, I don't know if the serum truly grows hair like it claims, but a couple drops in front where my hair is thin and it really fluffs up the roots. The effect lasts through another shampoo without using it again. Before I could see thru to my scalp and now I can't, like I said might just be cosmetic. But it is sooo expensive, $86 USD for the full size. Maybe I can wait til the Sephora sale. 😊
What’s the cheapest per mL moisturizer that you recommend? I’ve only had dry skin for the first time in my life after starting prescription Retin A for acne. I used to hate being so oily and now I see the grass is so not greener on the dry side.
I've bought a few things this month, including a shampoo and conditioner from Aveda, an Ole Henrikson moisturiser, some travel size perfumes (great option if you're blind-buying), and the ABH Soft Glam palette (it was already discounted and I picked it up during the Sephora sales). I'm probably going to buy some of the new Holo Taco shades at some point, but I'm still deciding what shades I want, and there'll probably be another collection coming up for Cristine's birthday, so I might wait until that launch and order them at the same time.
Fun fact: Skin1004 is pronounced skin "chon-sa" and is a play on words. In korean, the word for 1004 sounds like the word for angel, so when spoken, it sounds like "Skin Angel."
I have been loving the APLB line of products as well as the JMsolution sheet masks. The honey one is my favorite. Very moisturizing and they come with a lot of serum that I can put on my neck and chest. I get them from Stylevana.
APLB hyaluronic acid ceramide HA B5 ampoule serum is my favourite hydrating serum! I like the combination of HA and ceramides, in a lovely texture. Recently ordered my third bottle and I also ordered two others. Yesstyle had them on sale for under €10. Could not resist!
@@mariekevee4501 I haven’t tried that one yet. I love ceramides so I will have to give it a try! I recently ordered their Urea and HA ampoule and am waiting for it to come.

Love the Atobarrier 365 from Aestura - I use it as a night cream and it's soo nice and calming and moisturizing -> my new fave
From Skin1004 I really like the pink ampoule (pore tighenting) and the brown one (madagascar centella)
HaruHaru Bamboo Mist - very nice, even over make up, the mister is soooo fine :)

The Dynasty Cream is by Beauty of Joseon. Great for hydration during the day.

I second that, also AliceintheRabbithole has dry skin so you might love her recommendations
Totally agree with above
Try the Dear, Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Range or I'm From Mugwort Essence and Masks for soothing skin xx

Stunning! I'd be thrilled to give it a try 🌟

Ohhh I’m really interested to see what you think of those masks that you wear overnight, please do a video on them ❤🤩🙏🏼
What nail polish are you wearing? It’s GORGEOUS ❤

Minoxidil is scientifically proved to work. I’ve used it for years. I used the Walmart generic. It’s excellent

I haven’t heard of any of these brands except for Dr Jart! 😯
