I seriously loved Frankie's face sculpt and makeup in this line 🖤💙⚡ , but I encountered the same issues with the hair. It actually came chopped on one side and started to shed like crazy when I touched it. And the bangs on mine were so uneven. As much as I hated it, I had to do a restyle to even out the bangs and boil wash the rest of the hair. It came out amazingly tho. But I agree, if we buy a doll, we shouldn't be restyling them. That should be the company's job to give us high quality. Other than that, congrats on getting Frankie! I'm so happy for you xx
