I think if Swiftpaw had survived, Brightheart would probably have stayed friends with her, but neither Swiftpaw nor Cloudtail would have been paired, and Cloudtail would have given up and married Daisy in the end. After that, Swiftpaw and Brightheart would be spouses and have other children instead of Whitewing, but the third cat in the prophecy would still be born from someone else. I doubt Swiftpaw would be a medicine cat, he doesn't have that character. And it doesn't matter if Brightheart and Swiftpaw were cousins, because most Warriors characters didn't even get close to their siblings. They probably wouldn't realize they were cousins.

This will result in Brightpaw mauling the other dog. Then, Tigerclaw will finish the mauled dog off and kill it. -When back at camp, tell Bluestar about this. She will make you a warrior, alongside the other apprentices. -There will be a question: Will you protect this clan at the cost of your life? If yes is answered, there will be a cutscene where you’re retiring with Brightheart, Cloudtail, and Brackenfur. Then, you will get the Best Ending. If no is answered, there will be a cutscene where you are exiled from ThunderClan, giving you the Exile Ending.

Exile Ending: You were exiled.
How to get them:
-Play as Swiftpaw
-Talk to Tigerclaw at least 20 times
-Kill a dog. This will result in Brightpaw mauling the other dog. Then, Tigerclaw will finish the mauled dog off and kill it.
-When back at camp, tell Bluestar about this. She will make you a warrior, alongside the other apprentices.
-There will be a question: Will you protect this clan at the cost of your life? If yes is answered, there will be a cutscene where you’re retiring with Brightheart, Cloudtail, and Brackenfur. Then, you will get the Best Ending. If no is answered, there will be a cutscene where you are exiled from ThunderClan, giving you the Exile Ending.

• promise youll let them go the next day
• the next day send 2-3 warriors go with swiftpaw and brightpaw for safety reasons

Neutral ending: Swiftpaw gets killed by the dogs
Good ending: Swiftpaw survives and becomes Swiftclaw.
Bad ending: Both Swiftpaw and Brightpaw died
Cringe ending: The dogs act cringe and Swiftpaw and Brightpaw are like whatttt
Opposite Day ending: Brightpaw dies and Swiftpaw survives

I mean they never had any real interactions like bright heart and him did, and even thought there is some LGBTQ couples like raven paw and barley, it’s less likely, so depending on how the authors feel they might or might not have been mates
